The engagement at all stages is managed within a framework of Customer Success. The Sales team worked with me, security and legal to complete needed documentation, including the development work for two APIs. The Whatfix Implementation project manager did a great job coordinating and tracking details and bringing in the right people at key points. Our implementation continued longer than the norm and Whatfix continued to worked with us ensuring we have the support we need as we approach our launch with our client success team. The broad Whatfix team welcomes all feedback and implements suggestions and requests for changes. Often others will join a call with us, for example a product owner to introduce new features or a technical expert to discuss a request--these are wins. The opportunity I suggested is a client sheet to prep these experts ahead of a call, which the team appreciated. This is consistent in my two-year experience working with Whatfix. As it is very easy set up, it could be overwhelming information for user (to much information/pop ups). The content creator should think through the set up for a contingency set up for user to know what to expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked most about Whatfix personalized support they offered my team and I getting our in-app training ready for prime time. The ability to publish updates to the content ourselves at anytime is also a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
