What do you like best about Whatfix?

The engagement at all stages is managed within a framework of Customer Success. The Sales team worked with me, security and legal to complete needed documentation, including the development work for two APIs. The Whatfix Implementation project manager did a great job coordinating and tracking details and bringing in the right people at key points. Our implementation continued longer than the norm and Whatfix continued to worked with us ensuring we have the support we need as we approach our launch with our client success team. Involvement with the user group has been informative and showcases how many of the new feature sets come from customer suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The broad Whatfix team welcomes all feedback and implements suggestions and requests for changes. Often others will join a call with us, for example a product owner to introduce new features or a technical expert to discuss a request--these are wins. The opportunity I suggested is a client sheet to prep these experts ahead of a call, which the team appreciated. This is consistent in my two-year experience working with Whatfix. What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

In application step-by-step flows will generate how-to videos and job aids that will be available during training. Post launch these same resources will help new users complete key tasks in the application as the need for help arises. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Very intuative tool to set up and flexible with several options for user help. Easier adoption to system and processes by mean of WhatFix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

As it is very easy set up, it could be overwhelming information for user (to much information/pop ups). The content creator should think through the set up for a contingency set up for user to know what to expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The Whatfix widgets offer us the agility to communicate and limit the impacts of any issue on our partner' platform. Also, the variety of tools and the implementation help by the Whatfix team help us to create a better user experience on our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The Whatfix team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Creating flows is finnicky-the average user doesnt understand that they might need to be on a specific page for a flow to kick off Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I liked most about Whatfix personalized support they offered my team and I getting our in-app training ready for prime time. The ability to publish updates to the content ourselves at anytime is also a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Some features we needed were missing when we first signed up. Whatfix's success team with their great customer service had solutions created for our unique needs. After a few iterations they are working much more smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Whatfix:

I would advise others considering Whatfix as a solution to keep the user first and that the product owner should try their best to understand user pain points and the best solution to solve for them. Whatfix would be a great tool to help in that endeavor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whatfix has helped solve many of the new user on boarding issues AutoZone is facing. Having Whatfix as a single centralized place for the latest training documentation is a game changer. Our software has gone through several iterations since our initial in-person training (pre-covid-19) where we walked our users through the new software solution. With each software update we are easily able to reflect the changes by adapting the existing Whatfix user flows enabling users to navigate new features seamlessly.

Whatfix’s user flows also enables our users to review training for reminders and visual aids for more involved tasks not done very often. During the initial implementation of the Whatfix in-app training solution the Whatfix the team, Shagun Vaish & Apoorva Mittal, were always there to help. Shagun has worked closely with our team to keep us improving and presenting additional measures of success. She and her team provided best practices when we had questions as well as support by elaborating on Whatfix’s technical capabilities. Even going as far to create custom surveying features for us to leverage. In our time using the Whatfix in-app training tool we have seen our users and select focus groups recall more and more, eliminating hours of one-on-one support. What do you like best about Whatfix?

- The availability of support at all times and easy access to support resources.

- The way flows let add steps as an when we test out a functionality

- When sporadic issues occur and it is difficult to troubleshoot

- Latching issues which are challenging to fix without gettingb help from the Whatfix team. These latching issues have resulted in us taking too long to finalise certain instructional flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Providing a good platform to provide guidance on UI. This reduces the overhead of maintaining heavy documentation with a lot of screenshots.

- Analytics allow us to identify the documentation content which are less popular/which fail to provide the necessary guidance. This helps us practice continuous improvement.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

I easy to use. We like how you incorporate feedback from your customers into the system.

The Support is great. We always get a fast response from the Support. And even if it's not that easy to fix, you guys find a way to fix or help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

My colleagues don't speak English very well and it would sometimes be easier if we had a German contact person. But if we really need one, then Diana helps us out, but she is not in every Call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

1. Highly intuitive tool with multi-lingual options.
