What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix was very easy to integrate with our application. The content creation process is also very smooth. I enjoyed the UI and the content organizational structure. Integration with my existing knowledge base was also an easy task. The features which I enjoy and use the most are User Actions and Analytics. User Actions help me track core statistics within my application and understand user behavior better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I feel like the application is still not mature and robust enough. For example, the search algorithm within the Self Help widget still seems primitive and groups keywords wrongly. You cannot configure Self Help segments to have different appearances. There are no user management functions, I can't create user cohorts and dive into user insights. But, the downsides aside, I feel like Whatfix is working to improve on these aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The WhatFix Digitial Adoption Tool is very customizable for our colleagues processes. Utilization of the tool is can be catered to each platform and teams specific needs. The analytics help drive insights into what is working and what needs attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Working for a large organization, security is top concern, working with third parties that handle internal and external applications prove to be challenging for a security assessment standpoint. I would like to see WhatFix get more security certifications in order to expedite security reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The product itself and the regular pipeline of additional features that are released regularly. The ease of using the admin console and more recently the introduction of the Whatfix app store whereby P2P can be completed almost as quickly as if you had JS integrated. What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The filtering of content must and needs to be fixed as if you select multiple filters on the dashboard it simply does not calculate it correctly e.g. flows with a specific tag. It displays all content for all flows regardless of whether you add another filter to narrow your search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whatfix as mentioned above is always looking at ways to improve and constantly helping the end client with solutions, which may be further down the pipeline butr will endeavour to still help provide workarounds or fixes. On occasions new functionality has been used in a way Whatfix may not have visualised but at the same time, they took on feedback and helped fast-track fixes which would also help them in the long run as well as the current client. What do you like best about Whatfix?

It is something simple to learn, it does not take much to start creating content. In my case what helped me the most was the self-help with flows. Maybe I would use the pop-up in the future to inform about new releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

If you don't have programming knowledge, there are some things that can't be done, such as inserting a popup in the middle of a flow.

I would like to see improvements in the help section, anyway the online help was excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use the online help, it's very helpful and fast. And if you have a chance watch extra videos besides the ones in the help section Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

This product is amazing and it does what they say it will do. We haven't been live for long, but the feedback from our users so far is ALL positive. The real jewel... the people. Whatfix has done an amazing job and they are truly customer focus. When it feels hard on my side... their calm confidence brings it full circle and you move forward. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Sometimes it is a bit difficult to get Whatfix to tag the specific element you want or to read a piece of information on the screen. Although this can be frustrating, there is always Whatfix support waiting to help find a workaround! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The biggest benefit we have had using Whatfix, is the ability to relay messages/provide access to supporting resources from directly within the Hays product we are using it to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The level of customisation that is required to get Whatfix to present information in the way we need. It would be great if it wasn't such a time-consuming affair to create content. It is often the case the customisation takes as long if not longer to do that the actual content creation itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to have the business using two task lists concurrent (seasoned users/new users)

Ability to use the same beacon in multiple places so that the system recognises the end user engaging with the beacon in each location it is placed as one instance (if the beacon is reused 6 times, mitigates them having to engage with it 12 times, if the visibility rule is set to 2 instances)

Character limit on flows have been increased for us

What do you like best about Whatfix?

I like whatfix because of its various ways to increase user experience . The whatfix vendoe is very helpful and available always on time. There are more ways that whatfix cab be more better in terms of communication Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

No reasons of disliking it. The whatfix is doing well in their own terms, no reason to mention . The communication will be the better way, as the whatfix vendor is not having particuar individual.
