What do you like best about Whatfix?

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Easy to use, no coding needed. Seamless integration with our own applications. Ability to export flows to various formats. Multi-language support. The analytics part seems to be very powerful to provide insights into what users are doing and what content they are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I did not see any downsides to using Whatfix. Of course, as with any platform, it could be improved. I would like to see simple things added such as the ability to filter content based on the type. To be able to group or move content to folders, as this might help with content maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix has a lot of features and options that make it easy for clients to navigate through any process on a site. The customer service is top-notch and they add new features frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

It can be hard to keep track of all the new features and remember how to set up each one; however, the customer service is great. I've always been able to get the help I need through my CSM. They also have Whatfix university and a forum that are good resources too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our site is an in-house app, so we have a lot of clients that require hand-holding as they learn how to use it. Whatfix minimizes the time CSMs spend with clients and allows clients immediate access to answers - and guidance - on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix listens to its customers and strives to develop the application for the new challenges of its customers. Working with Whatfix means open communication between the support team, product managers, and other stakeholders interested in improving and adapting Whatfix according to the use cases (among them: training, access to support and change announcements on time, 24/7. Although the product is growing, more customization options for new enhancements or features are needed. The ability to customize the font, colours, and text, among others, is essential and depends on how quickly these new enhancements are implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The primary solution Whatfix is solving is the issue of Client Onboarding and Education. We've leveraged the Task List tool to provide our customers with an enhanced self-service onboarding experience. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix is true to it title. It's enablement structure is well structured and perceived by our users. Also from a creating perspective it proves well to provide ease in understanding the system and working along the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Nothing as such which could fill the bucket of dislike. I would be more happy and wish to see if Whatfix could offer more customisation options including more varieties of enablement journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we see there is a cognitive friction in our site/portal we use Whatfix to re-stabilize it and honestly it works. We have seen 30% more traffic to few site pages which were getting less traction and 50% less geivance or questions that needed to travel a long route earlier.
