What do you like best about Whatfix?

Response time for any problem is fast, and everyone in all departments is very service oriented, friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

I loved the onboarding process. I felt supported. The steps of the project were clear, and the schedule was respected. The team was always available and responsive to any issue we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The only downside is that Whatfix is a brilliant and complex tool. In my opinion, you must be prepared to learn a lot of content and have some skills/ knowledge in web development. Hopefully, their team was there to support me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Flows for mobile app is a challenge. Since we have users using mobile application, it will be helpful to have Whatfix on mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were two things as a Product team we were struggling with. One is product adoption and other one is understanding user behavior on new features. Whatfix makes it easy and fast to create end-user documentation and deliver it to them in dynamic ways. Ultimately, this saves both the system administrator and the end-user time and improves the user experience dramatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I dislike about Whatfix, but you will only get out what you put in, you must make the effort to learn the platform to become a great content creator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whatfix reduces end-user help tickets submitted to the system administrator team, reduces time needed to create and update end-user documentation and help resources, reduces frustration for end-users by giving them a place to access 24/7 answers to how to complete processes and use the system, and ultimately allows the admins to focus more time and effort on improving and delivering solutions that move the business forward.
