We have enjoyed and appreciated working with the Whatfix team from sales through implementation and beyond. Everyone we have encountered is knowledgeable, kind, personable, and professional. The tool itself is helpful and adaptive to our needs. Having only deployed Whatfix content on Salesforce three months ago, we have a lot yet to learn and accomplish, but we continue to improve. Our users love what we've put out so far!
In addition, we appreciate:
1. The ability to create content rather quickly and easily, not just hand materials over to the vendor for completion.
2. The comprehensive and timely support provided by everyone on the Whatfix team.

1. We lost some time as we prepared to go live due to the loss of our ability to preview content we'd created. It took a few weeks of trial and error with the Whatfix team to solve the issue.
2. Some editor and dashboard updates have to be requested; they aren't deployed automatically. It is sometimes confusing to know which ones need to be requested. I would rather everything be made available, but we're working on a solution to simplify the process.
3. I wish there was a way to apply semi-permanent filters (for lack of a better term) to the All Content list on the dashboard. I want to hide some inactive content without deleting it and not have to reset filters each time I return to the dashboard list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can access to all of the reports and you can control your own data. There are some great functions like pop-ups, surveys and information that we can have all of our content around our system available for our clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The loading speed between pushing things to production, it can be time-consuming to enter all the flows etc but I have provided feedback and they are regularly improving the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- A comprehensive dashboard for easy curation of content and provides analytics to make informed decisions.

Screen size is inconsistent on different resolutions; content designed on a 14" laptop differs in look and feel when viewed on larger screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Whatfix is that anyone from the company can use it! Our goal was to make CSMs create content and urgent notifications for their customers themselves. Now they can do it easily because there is no coding and the User Interface is intuitive. Also, we really admire the Self Help widget and how easy it is to add content there, especially the built-in video player! Very good looking! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would like to be added is the ability to create folders under Content and Widgets, so we can separate content that we use for different customers and people in our company who are not lost in all the items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
