What do you like best about Whatfix?

The ease of change.

Often maiking a production facing change can be cumpbersome involving other team member's time and efforts. With Whatfix I make the change myself. No Coding. No Waiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Very easy to configure content, add other content writers and quick implementation. Whatfix has a easy to understand training sessions and written instructions. Whatfix has eliminated the need for me to write end user job aids and email communication, using Whatfix for all the end user communication and system awareness. - We are able to segregate content by role tags, allowing us to push the right content to the intended end users.

- The ability to preview flows and make adjustments as you go is great.

- They are always bringing out new features and improvements.

- Unable to filter reports based on a year period.

- Now and then we struggle with flows not working due to specific elements that had been selected.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix has been a game-changer for our organization’s digital adoption strategy. The platform’s guided walkthroughs and on-demand help have empowered our employees to navigate complex systems confidently. We use for our HRIS, ERP, and a few other applications that regularly experience user confusion. The flexibility of Whatfix to create detailed, step-by-step flows has made training and onboarding seamless.

The customization options allow us to tailor content to specific user groups, improving our support and engagement efforts significantly. The analytics dashboard provides valuable insights into user behavior, which helps us continually optimize our content. The support from the Whatfix team has been excellent as well—they are responsive and proactive in helping us achieve our goals. From the very beginning, we have had a white glove treatment/approach to support, and we can't speak highly enough about our experience!

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Prompt, reliable customer service from our customer success manager. Additionally, the product works exactly as advertised!

Our CSM always prioritizes our business needs and is willing to go above and beyond to provide us with solutions that work with us. This includes the prompt return of emails and phone calls, solution oriented customer service, and willingness to escalate any issues that we're encountering until they are promptly and satisfactorily resolved. What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Flows sometimes timeout. This is a limitation of the technology and often user error. However, it is hard to tell via analytics whether or not it is user error or another reason. This is something that Whatfix is actively addressing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

I truly appreciate the proactive attitude and strong support from the Whatfix product team and Customer Success Manager. Additionally, the Whatfix DAA delivers exceptional quality work. I also find the clear reporting available in Whatfix Analytics very useful, along with the smooth process for modifying content and adjusting features—especially for platforms like SAP S/4HANA. For our company, the most difficult part was the administration—ensuring that the sales orders accurately reflected the agreements and that invoices were properly aligned. What do you like best about Whatfix?

The amount of options and flexibility allowed in creating the different content types is amazing. We can't wait to get all our content laid out and see the benefits to our customers. Whatfix support is also amazing in their response time and responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

It will take some time to build up all the content that we need but that's to be expected with something like this. Also, some of the different customizations and element selections require more than a basic level of knowledge with Javascript/CSS selectors and such which can be difficult to learn on your own. Building documentation for commonly performed tasks and questions. Allowing the customer to find answers without having to make a call/email to us. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix has been a game changer when helping to support the onboarding of new users to our platforms. We can easily set up task lists and flows to help guide new users through the platform with support. It gives our new users confidence as they master workflows.

I can't really say this is a dislike, but there is a learning curve. However, Whatfix has a plethora of resources to help support you as you learn. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Overall, our company uses WhatFix for many things. Self-help, storing reference guides, pop-ups, user workflow assistance, etc., for our customers to use our product. It helps our customers better understand how to use our SaaS tool.

I recently used the WhatFix survey functionality to implement an NPS In-App survey for my company. There was a bit of a learning curve for me and a few tweaks we needed to make, but the survey was a success after testing well, and we are looking forward to using it again in the future. We did do some customization for our survey with their development team and she was really easy to work with and a great communicator.
