I’m happy I found WellnessLiving for my client management system for my business. The leadership team is super friendly (Canadians duh!) and helpful. Matt, my sales rep is always willing to help out, reach out to the support team and offer a helping Hand. I have lots of questions and they are always happy to help.
PROs:
Lots of great appointment types with various options for pricing and how they show up
I love the reports feature where i can pull up weekly sales reports and staff pay outs
Seamless payment processing through a 3rd party vendor, but I love working with them too. Payments come through fast and secure. Lots of payment options as well.
Staff and client notifications are great!
Having the app included is a great feature where the teachers can see client info, leave notes after sessions etc
Love seeing all the client info, history, payments they made, sessions they had all in one place. It’s a huge time saver!
The system itself is not as perfect as I want it to be for the type of mobile yoga business that I have but there are SOME workarounds that I’m willing to cope with. There is a HUGE learning curve and it’s not as intuitive as I hoped it would be. I had to do a LOT of trial and error and work with support.
Bottom line, it’s a nice system with lots of improvement still to be made. But they are willing to make them and they listen to the feedback and slowly adding features, which is a plus. CONs
They have additional services within the portal, but you have to pay for each separately. For example, if you want to have zoom streaming directly from the portal, that’s an additional $20/month. New feature FORMS is also an additional cost. I think it should be a part of the software. Especially as something as basic as forms
The emailing system is lacking in options and it’s hard to set up
If you want to add a photo into your email, you need to go to an external site to add that photo. It’s just cumbersome with all these “work-arounds”.
The google calendar integration is glitchy and is not a 2-way integration and doesn’t work in the way I want it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hand down the best CRM for my studio! I I highly recommend the branded app ! My favorite part about using Wellness Living is having our branded app. It gives character to our brand and brings value to our members. I looked into other apps and I wasn't quite convinced until I. sat down with Wellness Living for a demo. Every question I had was answered with a "yes- our system can provide that and yes to that too." I'm very happy with the service provided, specifically by Matt Barnes. He's quick to follow up and gives a detailed summary of what to expect while being onboarded. The onboarding team was great too - made the learning pretty easy and provided the links to our recorded onboarding meetings just incase we needed to go back an re visit a topic. The process in general was seamless-hassle free. I also love how the company is constantly looking to improve and provide the best features to its clients. The only downside is the elevate app does not allow for management of our studio directly from the app. I have to log into our web account and it'd be nice to have it on the go on an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use WellnessLiving daily to run my virtual group fitness business. It's easy for myself, and my coaches, to use, start classes, sign clients up, and manage attendance. Our clients are also able to download the Achieve App and VERY easily purchase a membership, book a class, redeem loyalty points and write reviews. I also have a booking widget on my website that looks great and enables easy booking on desktop. One of the best things about WellnessLiving is the customer service - from day 1. The onboarding was fun and customized for my specific needs and any questions I've had since joining have been answered by the support team extremely fast. I think there is some room for improvement with the email customization. You are able to customize a template, but I do feel it could be improved. I still use emails and do find it very easy to choose who I want to email from my client list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I was first starting out, what attracted me was how simply wonderful and efficient the layout looks, the features like appointment booking, calendar, appointment reminders via email (and later we got SMS - which is amazing), I liked that I can still manage my gym members and training clients. There was LOTs of options to customize which made everything so much easier for me once I got in and started to play around with it. I LOVE that at a glance I can easily see how many sessions are left in training package which IS HUGE for us as we used to track attendance by paper! This played a large part in choosing WL! Our staff can also track their working hours at an ease and trainers can see their schedule on their own devices! My favorite thing about this software is the customer service is always great. They answer, guide you through any questions, and if you request a feature they will get it done within a few months!!! It's so interactive like if we're building the software together to our liking. I've added a ton of requests and they've completed almost all of them (some are more complex/take longer to create). Overall I've had a great experience with WL and I'm excited about how the software will look in a few years. It's ONE of a kind Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I can input data from before we integrated (as far as sessions attended / packages purchased like manually add a transaction that was dated in the past. The best feature in our cloud-gym management is being able to list a future class, getting a dedicated link, and being able to promote it ahead of time. People can sign up in advance, so the instructor knows which clients will attend that day. APP development was not painful, as was my expectation based on past fitness technologies I have tried for two decades. WellnessLiving earned my trust when we were up and running with a customized fitness APP in 2 weeks. The most significant impact the APP has made to my fitness and certification business is to allow our 100+ instructors to promote and manage their classes without global management from me as the owner.
I like the name because it describes our brand well with the word, wellness and life.

I liked least getting an Apple Developer account for the first time. However, Amy, my WellnessLiving Achieve APP representative, walked me through each step, and we got it done. The custom picture on the Apple phone APP did not fit correctly, but we are working on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial data migration went seamlessly. The software is easy to use and easy for our members to understand. They love the ease of the app and are more inclined to use it, because of how easy it is. The reporting is exactly what we needed and there are so many different reports that we utilize. Finally, when we have had a question on issue, the support team has been fantastic at responding quickly and providing a resolution. Our club is so happy to have made the switch. The only thing we didn't like was with one of the sales reports. We prefer to see the money that we actually receive, not everything that was billed. Once we realized we had to go under the advanced settings, to change the report from accrual to cash sales, we were able to see what we wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
