
I love how helpful and supportive the team at WellnessLiving is, especially Aaron, who made it a point to maintain a great customer relationship. It's impressive how he goes out of his way to help customers. I also really like the platform changes—they've improved a lot technologically, and the tools are better now. The private app they offer keeps everything organized, which I find really handy. I appreciate how the scheduling feature makes my studio management easier. Plus, the collaboration works great with my website, allowing people to book classes directly, and it integrates well with ClassPass. In the beginning, the platform was a little hard to understand. There are also some areas for technological improvement and colors that could be better. I think the merchant teams could be a bit more advanced in terms of their admin capabilities. Even though they get back to us quickly, there's always room to grow in making the platform easier to understand. They send a lot of emails, which could be streamlined.
