WellnessLiving is great because it's easy to use and has everything you need to run your wellness business smoothly, appoinments, sales, clients, rewards, marketing, etc. They keep updating it to make sure it stays useful and relevant for you to help business to grow. WellnessLiving has become too big and difficult to manage for a small biz. Simple tasks are very complicated bc they try to do too much for every contingency. It just means there are too many places to look when something goes wrong. They need to master the basics first.
I also get the impression that support is not in North America. As a biz owner; I want to get on and off a tech call quickly. I don’t need all the flowery language that comes with dealing with overseas techs.
And it’s also become very expensive! They promised a locked in rate when I first signed up and I’m now paying at least triple that. Furthermore, as a Canadian company, beware: they charge in USD. They did not advise of the foreing exchange up front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
