Wellness Living is integral to our business. The layout of the class schedule is intuitive to use and our staff can use their mobile devices and the studio computers. Wellnessliving delivered on their intentions for the technology and some. The website for the business end is easy to use, intuitive and the Wellnessliving team do a fantastic job of monthly tech updates and communicating these updates through various channels including videos. We love the Wellnessliving elevate app. It’s easy for staff to use with little or no training. Our Breathe Fitness client app, that the Wellnessliving team helped to develop is our most favourite and effective technology. We love having happy, returning clients who can manage their own personal accounts, profiles, purchases, bookings & cancellations in advance of coming to the studio.
The whole experience from first introductions, to knowledge sharing, sales, on-boarding, training, data transitioning, implementation and now active usage has been a positive experience. It's so easy to use, on both the customer and business side. Once you get the set-up done very little has to be maintained. I had been using Mindbody for many years as an IC, so when I saw they had a lot of the same functions with a better cost and the program has so many options and capabilities, I knew it was the right fit for me. My only dislike would have to be that when you are taking on the owner/business side of things, terminology got confusing. As with anything, in time the understanding comes and it was a "user error". Otherwise, I've not had a bad experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite initial excitement and authentic support for WellnessLiving, I was not able to enjoy anything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Despite my efforts and the intervention of their customer service on all tiers, including an expert, membership appointments were counted faulty, adding or subtracting clients' appointments at random. There was a mess with payments Undefined quotes were charged to clients at random.
I lost a lot of time and nerves in the process.
Keeping it short, the time I spent trying to crack this software as well as the stress it caused impaired my relationship with my team and clients, and burnout my passion to fitness. As a result, I closed my company and gave up pursuing a career in the fitness industry after 15 years of being a coach. Their data migration from your previous software is a joke.
