What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

Wellness Living is integral to our business. The layout of the class schedule is intuitive to use and our staff can use their mobile devices and the studio computers. It's important that the software is easy to use so that clients feel encouraged to make bookings or purchases online and to feel really engaged with your studio. It also reduces admin workload because clients are able to do more on their own instead of having to constantly ask staff for help. Ultimately, smoother operation means more money coming into your business! We're sorry to hear that you haven't found the staff app to be that useful. It features key areas like scheduling, online store and client management although because it's optimized for mobile, it doesn't have the full functionality of the backend on the site. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

Wellnessliving delivered on their intentions for the technology and some. The website for the business end is easy to use, intuitive and the Wellnessliving team do a fantastic job of monthly tech updates and communicating these updates through various channels including videos. We love the Wellnessliving elevate app. It’s easy for staff to use with little or no training. Our Breathe Fitness client app, that the Wellnessliving team helped to develop is our most favourite and effective technology. We love having happy, returning clients who can manage their own personal accounts, profiles, purchases, bookings & cancellations in advance of coming to the studio.

The whole experience from first introductions, to knowledge sharing, sales, on-boarding, training, data transitioning, implementation and now active usage has been a positive experience. We were looking to change from MINDBODY to a provider who’s technology, pricing & customer service was current with the economic climate, including the pandemic. Wellnessliving was referred to us. Best referral and we haven’t looked back. Our experience with MINDBODY during the first year of the pandemic was that their technology was archaic. Nothing changed, except price increases. MINDBODY did not introduce technology updates, there was a lack of communication, lack of customer service & endless hours of time wasted trying to contact the help centre. The MINDBODY website is very difficult to use as a business & very impersonal. In the 3 years we used the technology, there were no changes or new updates introduced to the user interface. After working with MINDBODY and the negative experiences our list of expectations was very long & very high for transitioning from MINDBODY to Wellnessliving, and the WL team delivered, and some. You shouldn't have to spend hours training your staff and the Elevate app adds a lot of simplicity in place of complexity.

When your clients are booking services, checking their accounts and signing waivers all on their own on the branded app, that takes your company brand to a whole new level. At the end of the day, it's not just about features but the way the platform supports your business and makes your life easier. That's why so many studios are making the leap from Mindbody every year: it's really complicated to use and there's just no support for your business! What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

It's so easy to use, on both the customer and business side. Once you get the set-up done very little has to be maintained. I had been using Mindbody for many years as an IC, so when I saw they had a lot of the same functions with a better cost and the program has so many options and capabilities, I knew it was the right fit for me. My only dislike would have to be that when you are taking on the owner/business side of things, terminology got confusing. As with anything, in time the understanding comes and it was a "user error". Otherwise, I've not had a bad experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have made the check-in process for my students very easy. The software provides me with all the types of reports I could want or need. For instance, with the automated schedule reminders you only need to set them up once and then you can be sure clients are automatically being sent notifications with the details to their upcoming bookings. That helps cut down on the rate of no-shows which in turn, helps cut down on time spent by staff chasing down those customers and filling empty spaces on the calendar. The magic of WellnessLiving is in all the various little ways that you can use the software to boost your team's productivity and get so much more done with your day. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

Despite initial excitement and authentic support for WellnessLiving, I was not able to enjoy anything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

Despite my efforts and the intervention of their customer service on all tiers, including an expert, membership appointments were counted faulty, adding or subtracting clients' appointments at random. There was a mess with payments Undefined quotes were charged to clients at random.

I lost a lot of time and nerves in the process.

Keeping it short, the time I spent trying to crack this software as well as the stress it caused impaired my relationship with my team and clients, and burnout my passion to fitness. As a result, I closed my company and gave up pursuing a career in the fitness industry after 15 years of being a coach. Their data migration from your previous software is a joke.
