I was very nervous to switch software companies knowing what a large undertaking it may be, but it was extremely worth it! From the very beginning, I was completely supported from Wellness Living from sales to onboarding to account management. Since then, customer support has answered every question I have had, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the software is so easy to use both on the back end and for the client. Wellness living makes it easy to set up your account with many custom features. The onboarding team was also thorough and helpful in the initial stages of implementation. The customer service is also great - I was offered an opportunity for a check-in with an account representative completely free of charge which was of great value to me and my business. There have been some missteps with billing, which is a big deal. When you are taking other people's money, this is something that is critical to have done right. However, the customer service around our issues has helped. Also, it is lacking a true relationship manager for leads and prospects, so we have to go to another software for that. We enjoy the ease of the platform for our team and users. If support is needed, we are able to connect with a support rep within a desired time frame, in specific situations when extra support is needed, we have been connected to someone who can jump on a call with us to work the problem through. There is no integration with google, or outlook, calendar where they will be able to link their reservations (with a zoom link attached) to their calendar. This causes a lot of barriers, especially in the corporate world when people are run by their calendars. This has been 'in the works' for almost a year now.

I find Wellness Living meets all of my business needs and is easy to use, teach to others and customize/adapt as needed. If anything, Wellness Living offers even more features than I currently use. When I've needed tech support they have been helpful and easy to work with. Overall, this software is 100% vital to the success of my yoga studio business, and I love it! Recently I also had a meeting with a business coach from Wellness Living who took time to go over many of the features with me so that I could better use Wellness Living to market my business, reach out to clients and increase engagement. This software has unlimited options and the ability to meet the needs of fitness studios. We use the class scheduling feature primarily. It is straightforward and easy to implement and maintain. If we need to change or cancel a class, the system walks you through a simple interface to cancel and sends notifications out to clients right away. Additionally, it can act as a CRM tool, allowing you to create and implement marketing campaigns, follow leads up, create visit and purchase campaigns, etc. The system makes marketing super simple and easy to implement. The most challenging to work with is the learning curve. Because the system is so robust and has so many features, you need every minute of the three one-hour onboarding calls to set the system up. If you need to change anything in your scheduling, calendar, purchase options, etc. it can feel overwhelming as they all connect together. if you miss a piece in one area, your change does appear, or worse doesn't work the way you expect. My favorite part about wellness living is the customer service and support. There are so many things this software can do and it can seem overwhelming at first, but there is always someone available to help via phone or email. There are only a few things I don't like - The client sorting/filtering process is a little tedious when running reports or viewing different types of clients. Wellness Living allows me to manage my clients easily, nurture them with automated emailing, integrate with my website, manage payments. For my clients it is even better. I have also got the white label app, this means I have my own app. I never thought I'd get an app so quickly and so easily. Clients love it!
