Lots of fields to put info on clients. Groups are a wonderful way to sub categorize and find clients to keep them connected. The support team is very willing to send videos on how to exactly do a task so that is helpful to a user of WL that is confused. We use all day for member check in, payment posting and new sells. One downside could be an upside for most, It does a lot automatically if you set it up to contact people, send text emails etc. Instead of the old way of just calling. Also the site is having growing pains and after large updates there are issues sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use, the White Label App, and customer support are amazing, So many features. It was also very easy for me to move my clients from Mindbody over to WelnessLiving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I have with WellnessLiving is the lack of timezone options for clients and the lack of the capability for instructors to see classes in their time zones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wellness Living is an intuitive software that allows us to do everything we need to do to run our programs. Ease of scheduling, tracking, reports, automated client reminders, payments, and marketing! I rarely need customer service because the software is so user friendly, but if I do I know I will get help and answers from friendly customer service agents. Thank you, Wellness Living Team! The things I love most about Wellness Living are its customer service and the reporting. Both of these things allow me to do my job easier, saving me time and money. Knowing that someone will pick up the phone when you call and help you find a solution is so reassuring. The reporting allows us to see our business easily at a glance and make adjustments where needed. If not for finding Wellness Living when we did there's no way we'd be as profitable as we are now.

The only thing I'd say is a down side is the time to takes to get a new featured implemented. I don't want to have to wait for comments on it in the public board for someone to notice that something needs and adjustment or update.

I really love the ability to do everything that I need. Customer service is really helpful. My customers find it easy to use. I prefer the interface to other systems I've used in the past. Everything is really customizable and I love that the system has more room for me to grow into as I expand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it's got TOO many options and customizations. I don't always know how to find what I'm looking for and it takes me awhile. I think it's 99% operator error and customer service always helps me out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
