I am a fan. The Yoga Loft has been using WL for 4 years. They host our website in additional to the business operations of our yoga studio. The system is absolutely usable for me and the staff. The management of an entire family (specifically youth) with one email was the main reason for switching to WL 5 years ago. No other CRM platform offered this feature.
Since then, I am happy to say that my experience with WL has continued to be impressive. From onboarding to onboarding to implementation and support they continue to set a standard that I yet to hear anyone one else offers. As with any successful business there is growth and this sometimes negatively impacts some areas that otherwise were running effeciently. I used to be able to speak to someone on the very attempt. That has been slipped a little to 2-3 attempts, which sometimes forces me to leave a message and await a follow up call from a representative. The price point is the best thing about this software management for the many features it offers to help me with my business. The website management, FitVid and FitLive, email marketing, and white label app are some of my favorite features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I utilize WellnessLiving on a daily basis. I really love having my schedule live on Google Calendar. This makes it super easy for me to anticipate what my days/weeks look like, and when I see people (for example at the gym) who want to schedule I can do a quick check on my google calendar to tell them about upcoming availabilities. In my experience, the booking links to give to my patients don't always work! So they aren't able to book online, and instead they text my business number, which I personally don't mind! However, the links we use on our website are reliable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wellness living handles most of our business, and we use it every day. we have an online store, we use their membership management, including billing. It has funcionality to send out emails to clients or whole groups of clients. You can send text messages. They can help you set up an app. It's really good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Onboarding (integration) was fast and furious. they give you alot of information, and you have a dedicated person to help you onboard and show you how things work. But Once the system is live, your onboarding guys is not available anmore to answer questions, leaving you to look into the knowledgbase or send messages to the service team for help. They are pretty fast to respond though. The attendance protion does not work the way I expected for my business and has been a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
WL has fantastic customer service. They are so easy to connect with, answering their tech support line immediately without ever having to hold. Their tech support is always patient and helpful, fully talking through how to get us where we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
