I've been using WellnessLiving for a little over a year now and everything has been going great so far. My launch went great; I've liked all the improvements over the past year, and whenever I have a question it's always easy to contact support or get help in general. The software is easy to use and navigate through. Setup is very intuitive and changes can be done quickly if needed. What we like the most is the integration into our website and the different apps that we can use - either for our staff or our clients.

Being able to book clients indefinitely in a weekly spot without having them pay is very helpful in scheduling special events for the future. It's also good to see if people have paid or not, or if there are any outstanding notes on their client file - directly on the appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've had a few hiccups with the auto-renew feature on session packages, including early renewals and application of new packages to strange dates (rather than consecutive upcoming dates). I made the switch to Wellness Living from the big empire that had a monopoly on fitness booking about a year and a half ago. It was a seamless transition and I have been so pleased with how responsive and flexible this system. Unlike my previous provider, Wellness Living values and supports small businesses like mine! We were sold by a rep the idea of moving our booking platform over to Wellness Living on all false promises that the app was capable and that if it wasn't, we'd get a full refund for the over 3.5k we paid for a years subscription.
When we actually transitioned across to the software it had endlessly glitchy.
Eg - we require a credit card when taking a booking however that feature didn't work so was told by the support team that they weren't sure why and the only option was to go through every one of the 30 appointments choices we have and de activate it. Seems like a pretty basic feature to have working for a booking platform and an example of one of many things that came up all within the first few weeks of using.
At the beginning of this process, was also told by the sales rep that if the program wasn't right for us after testing it out we'd get a full refund. Well we asked for this after a few weeks from start date, due to all above glitches and now over a month later we're still trying to chase them up with them refusing to pay the full amount instead trying to charge us for early cancellation fees + account set up fees.
