What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

Love being able to do scheduling, billing, client management and staff management all in the same place. This system has allowed us to move to one system and streamline our daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

There are a couple of small features that we would love to be added for the simple fact that they would tailor to our unique business. The most important thing is being able to add more than one trainer to each session. The reports are also lacking in some ways. We would love to be able to create custom reports. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

We changed from Zenplanner to Wellness Living and we are very happy that we did. Wellness Living had the Virtual and On Demand features that we were looking for. Our on boarding process was seamless and anyone that I have spoken to was extremely helpful. Wellness Living is constantly updating and adding new features. They also provide video tutorials to review their monthly updates. I would highly recommend them to any fitness studio looking for a well priced easy to use gym software. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

This software is not only very user friendly for all users, from business owner to clients, it is a fraction of the cost of our old software program. And it has all the

Our studio decided to go completely virtual due to the pandemic and have remained so since March 2020. Because of this, one of the features that appealed to us that WellnessLiving offered was the ability to have an On Demand video library option for our clients who can't always take our virtual classses. With the switch to WellnessLiving we were able to cut our overhead costs considerably. We also like the layout of the WellnessLiving platform so much more than our old software. Another awesome bonus is WellnessLiving's Tech Support team is like none other. If they don't have an immediate solution/answer for your issue, they will find it and follow up. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I love the ease of use. I was so scared to launch my business online and Wellness Living has made it SO easy and took my fear right out of it. Being able to upload videos for my clients to complete on their own, with my scheduled program is huge for me. It gives them so much more for their money. I also love that there is an app for them to easily join their virtual sessions and see their calendar. It also makes it so easy for me to track my payments, reschedule clients and not to mention booking appointments and processing transactions is super easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

There is only one thing I don't like, and that's my inability to see what videos are in specific video categories for each client. Each one of my clients has their own "Category" folder, it would be nice if I could open them on my back end and see exactly what is in each folder when I switch up my programming. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

Neither my team, my clients, nor myself found a single thing about this software that we liked. We found it to be cumbersome and difficult to accomplish even basic tasks, despite its wildly expensive price tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is plenty to dislike. The price is significantly higher than similar products, and there is no customer service. The company itself is a nightmare. They make it impossible to cancel your account with them, have zero customer service, and are wildly unethical. I wrote a negative review about them, and they attempted to bribe me into removing it, and once I declined, they switched to threatening me with extra fees if I didn't remove the review.
