What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

When I finally decided to switch to Wellness Living last year, I was a little scared to leave my prior business managing company, even after not being happy with their pricing for so long.

On one hand, my studio had 4-years of client data, and I was worried about the migration. Our staff and members were also familiar with the prior platform, and I was nervous about starting over with a new system.

From my first call to Wellness living I felt safe and well taken care of. The on boarding experience was amazing. Data migration was seamless as it can get, and we receive on boarding support for at least a month after the transition -this was a hot line exclusive just to us (new members). In the end, we were up and fully running within 2 weeks.

Our staff and members got used to the new software right away!

The software is easy to use, and they grandfather us on a pricing for life! (say what?). Whenever we had questions, the support team has always been very helpful in quickly answering our questions and educating us.

We are very happy to have switched programs, and highly recommend the Wellness Living Business Management Solution and the team. Switching software can be scary, but with a well managed software and great support team and at a great price, making the switch is a no brainer. Thanks so much Wellness living! What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I own Ease Wellness in Memphis, TN. We swapped from Mindbody to WellnessLiving in 2023 and it has been the best thing for our business. We use it everyday! The system is so user friendly for business owners, but more importantly customers. Their white label app is amazing and worth every penny it costs. They have so many automated emails and marketing templates that you can use to grow your business. Their reports and tracking information is better than any software we have used. Finally, they actually listen to their customers and implement changes. Any business that has a scheduling need should switch ... TODAY!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

Their reporting doesn't give the exact information I'm looking for with my KPI's, but to be fair I have an extensive excel document I use for that. Plus I am able to use their reports to workaround and get the KPI I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

After a thorough assessment of platforms for managing our studio services, staff and a broad-based set of CRM-related functionality, we landed on Wellness Living and made the switch in 2021. Wellness Living continues to invest in their platform, largely based on business feedback, and has expanded their functionality along with streamlining key processes to make day-to-day studio management simple. We push the boundaries with regards to integration and the use of the platform. When we run into problems, the support is generally solid. Happy with our decision! What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

Limited integration capabilities. Although integrated with Zapier to import/export and/or update data, it's a limited set of data fields that are exposed to Zapier making it challenging to integrate with other tools. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I've been using Wellness Living daily since 2020 for my Massage and Yoga business and I cannot say enough good things about it! First, the software itself is capable of managing every aspect of the business from booking to inventory to payroll to retail sales and Gift Certificates. I get shocked looks when I tell folks in my small town that we have an app they can use and then they can not live without it!

On top of that, the support team is extremely responsive. If there is a problem or a feature you'd like to see, there is a whole community of businesses and tech support to reach out to, ask questions and, if needed, get help from (and yes, they will hold your hand through whatever issue you need resolved, if need be). Whenever there is an update, they send out videos and virtual workshops to help familiarize you with changes as well as tips on optimizing your experience!

They are constantly trying to add features suggested by the users and make things run smoothly so that you only need to worry about doing what you love to do: run your business.

I have already recommended WL to several other similar businesses and will continue to do so.

Sometimes it takes a while to adapt to the latest update or one of WL's partners that is integrated doesn't quite function the way you think it should. With the branded app, it helps my practice stand above the others in my town. The ability to book online, through the app, in person or on the phone give my community convenience to book in whatever way they are comfortable doing so.

What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

Wellness Living has been such a great change from my last CRM platform. It is SO much more user friendly and has an intuitive design to allow teaching your staff how to use it so easy. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I've used Wellness Living for my swim school since 2016 and recommend it to every business similar to mine that I come across. My must haves to switch from the other big wellness type software were 1. Customer Service, 2. the ability to have family profiles 3. all inclusive functions such as email, mobile app, financial reports, POS and scheduling. Wellness Living does it all and helped me automate many parts of my business so I can spend more time with my staff and students all while providing quality customer service.
