From day 1 of signing the contract, they have been ready and willing to help at every corner. The robustness of the tool allows for a variety of tests and methodologies that I haven't seen in other tools, and the reporting allows you to slice and dice the data to a very detailed degree. In terms of software, it is a very complete tool for anyone who has A/B testing as a priority. But the most impressive thing is their customer service: If something is not working on your end, they will walk with you step-by-step to solve it and if you require a more technical answer, they will craft a very detailed response that is not template-based. The tool makes it very easy to quickly set-up A/B split tests for headlines, buttons, etc and then sit back to allow the data to build to assess the impact of the change. I like the way the Visual Editor allows you to make the changes using the Chrome browser as opposed to having to clone and create new pages in Wordpress.

The reporting shows the visitors, conversions, and then a confidence level of the change.

It's easy to use, understand and implement tests with confidence!
