As a PM I’ve used Webtrends Optimize on my client accounts and have always found the platform really simple and intuitive for use by myself, by our tech teams (devs and CRO specialists), and for clients.

In my experience it’s been easy to onboard clients with the platform, and the support given by the team at Webtrends Optimize is first class - both in the setup stages and ongoing day to day. They are always on hand to answer any questions and the team there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The additional guidance and training provided is something I’ve not experienced with other similar platforms.

Pricing is really reasonable and flexible, which is not offered by a lot of the other tools I’ve used in the past. Myself and my clients have been particularly impressed that they offer product recommendations and social proof features as standard, as that’s definitely something I’ve not found with many other similar platforms.

The team and the platform are combined perfectly to guide us through tests. As a daily user of your own site you become blind to so many 'opportunities' and this is where the value of Webtrends Optimize really comes in. The support has been the standout factor for us and really been second to none.

Having quite a small amount of traffic coming through the website and a small team, our website can sometimes get forgotten. However having the ease of the Optimize tool to build a test, and their team encouraging us and supporting us with simple recommendations etc. It has helped us to improve online leads/bookings and do the necessary work on our website.

The only disadvantage is that we would like to do more with the tool, however we don't have the right knowledge to code any tests. Optimize have helped with some of this and the release of their new widgets tool has been a big help but we can be a little limited as we get into more advanced ideas. Webtrends is very easy to implement and has a great user experience that feels like it's been designed to make life easier for the user. The services team have been really helpful in getting us up and running with some personalisation and experiments. They were so helpful and came up with some great ideas as well. Webtrends Optimize include all features and tools in one package at a good price so you don't have to upgrade or pay anything extra when your CRO programme matures.

They have excellent customer service and really listen to you if you find any issues or have ideas around new features.

Unlike some of the larger enterprise focused tools they are constantly updating the tool to make it easier to use.

Honestly, I can't say that i notice some huge disadvantages. Obviously, as any other tools there are some room to improve. Despite the fact that the company is still young the products change drastically and people who work try to do their best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
