I’ve been using Webtrends Optimise to improve my landing pages, and it’s been brilliant. The bespoke reports and easy-to-read analytics make it simple to see what’s working and what needs tweaking. As a developer I use the advanced editor the most - the UI is really intuitive and there is enough freedom but with some nice features in there to cover any ‘gotchas’ or allow you to sense check what you are building. The UI also looks pretty good in the visual editor too and having had a play around can see the appeal of that to the marketing guys etc.

As a developer of CRO test's i really appricate the effort that's gone into make the system really flexible. They have thought of lots of little edge cases and built in ways to aid development like different points to exceuce code etc

Webtrends Optimize is a great platform for any company looking to improve their site based on a data driven approach. it has meant that rather than releasing blind changes to my site I can now collect data on any change I am planning to make and then take away any doubt in stakeholders eyes that we are heading in the right direction with a site optimization we may be planning.

Not only is it a great platform but the team at Webtrends are also so helpful and are always on hand to help you whether that may be in using the platform or looking for assistance in considering the conclusions and results of tests. While I had a positive experience with the platform, there are a few drawbacks worth noting.

Webtrends optimize is a really robust and flexible tool that really covers all of your testing needs! Its really customisible to your business needs and its really easity to tailor to what you want to track and do.

Its also suitable for all levels of experience, you can use really simple visual tools to build your experiences or their more sophisticated editors which require some more dev knowledge but really allow syou to do pretty much everything.

Also i really have to say a few words about their support team which is oustanding! Anything you need, weather its an update to a goal, you have a question, you needs someone to help with a build etc they are always there to help and they are really quick to respond and action requests! The support from the team is great. We're a small team without dev resources and the added support hours factored into the decision to go with WebTrends.
