Two things. Most importantly - improving customer satisfaction and being able to prove that. Secondly, once you've tested a hypothesis that has improved your conversion rate, you can build that into internal business cases and help prioritise work that will actually lead to an increase in revenue. The UI is very clean and intuitive. It's very straightforward to view the high-level performance of active tests and adjust traffic allocation. The widgets are really useful for QA and viewing active experiment variants.

Access to the underlying build framework provides tremendous flexibility for developing more complex experiments.

I haven't been able to test all of the features out yet due to the renovation our site is going through, but I'm very excited to test out more of the multivariate testing.
