The overall planning, project management, hitting of deadlines, and the collaborative approach is second-to-none - all with a customer-centric attitude. Being able to pull from their pool of experience is of great benefit, especially when the account managers are experienced across such a huge range of different e-commerce businesses. Their developers haven't failed any tasks - even incredibly complex personalisation pieces that required bespoke development. Webtrends Optimize are now fully embedded, helping our business to shape and implement our online optimisation and personalisation strategy.

2025 Update: Another rewarding year working with Webtrends Optimise. With a record-breaking ROI from the last 12 months and some incredible insights gathered on our customers. Most notable in the last 12 months, Webtrends Optimize helped us create a "Fill my basket" functionality, that automatically populates a customers basket with up to 12 wines specifically matched to their buying preference, greatly reducing speed to purchase. Webtrends Optimize offers us an additional layer of options for improving our supporters' user journey and enhancing engagement across our website, as well as the websites for some of our external vendors. Being pedantic, WTO can take a little while to get to grips with. However, they have recently worked on improvements to aid functionality and the UX of the platform has improved substantially recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The results of experiments is very useful, you can track certain elements too which come up in the results section - we use this often to show our clients the results of experiments. It is really easy for our clients to implement on their websites and the level of customer support is amazing. - All features are included in one very reasonable price. No need to upgrade to access personalisation, survey tools, social proof or product recommendations.

- The recently upgraded interface is great and has solved a lot of the issues that I used to have with the tool.

- Responsive customer service

- The upgraded reporting dashboard is best in class. Easy segmentation and customisation makes it easy to monitor and report on test results.

- Good for entry level companies but also very powerful options for those with more advanced needs.

- If you can think of something you'd like to use the tool for it's very likely that they can work with you to set it up and create something custom that fills your needs.

- Setting up custom goals for each test is still a bit complicated. It's possible but using the advanced editor for it isn't very intuitive and can be confusing at the start

- The documentation needs some work, it's not always easy to find answers if you're stuck but the customer service makes up for some of this issue.

I have been using Webtrends as part of an agency for the past three years, and among the various tools I have encountered, this platform stands out as my preferred choice. They're extremely responsive and quick on the mark to help fix any errors/issues you might be having. Always engaging with your suggestions/requests which is extremely helpful in stressful situations. Sometimes we can run into errors whilst saving tests which can be frustrating at times but this would still fall back on what I also like about the company with them being very quick to respond should these errors come about. WebTrends is a great product for conversion rate optisation and experimentation. With some of its additional features (social proofing), it is now beyong a standard testing tool. You get EVERYTHING at one price point which makes life less complicated compared to competitors so you dont feel like you're being sold to constantly to upgrade and spend more.

Onboarding and install is made very easy with their tech support team on hand to help with everything.

sometimes the UI isn't as intutive as I would like but once you've learned it it's okay Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a developer I use the advanced editor the most - the UI is really intuitive and there is enough freedom but with some nice features in there to cover any ‘gotchas’ or allow you to sense check what you are building. The UI also looks pretty good in the visual editor too and having had a play around can see the appeal of that to the marketing guys etc.
