What do you like best about Waitwhile?

It's so helpful to be able to message clients to see where they're at or to get any extra information that I need. It is also very helpful that I can see alerts when someone's messaging me back. I feel like scheduling appointments is very easy and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I love how easy it is for customers to sign up for returns and how simple! I also enjoy that we can text them alerts now instead of yelling their names across the room! This is really convenient for people who are hearing impaired or struggle with the english language. I have also been told by customers that they really enjoy the text alert feature as well since they can now go shopping or eat at our restaurant while waiting for their turn instead of standing in a busy, stuffy room. I also really enjoy the fact that we can look up the customers information on our side. This really helps us when a customer has come after we have notified them for 5mins and then taken them off the waitlist. We can easily confirm their reservation and also contact them after the return in case they have left something behind, which has happened on several occassions. It's also amazing that we can chat with customers through the website! So if a customer is delayed or has any questions before their return they can easily tell us or ask those questions! What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Honestly, none! This feature has allowed a lot of customers more convenience with their returns. They are now able to check their waitlist status anywhere in the store and now know when their turn is coming up and when to head back! They can also chat with a returns coworker regarding their returns before their time and can now save time waiting if we are unable to help them in store! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

this new addition where i can look at the customers information and it already tells me the location where the article/s the customer had bought makes it so much easier to locate the orders without having to switch applications too often making the application way too easy to use for me and for the customers to get ahold of us whenever they dont know how to get to the curbside location the messaging feature is always easy, fast and reliable. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

We recently switched to Waitwhile to use at our VITA tax sites. Initially we made the change because Waitwhile offers appointment reminders by text, which we did not have. We have yet to use it to full capacity during tax season, but we anticipate it reducing the chaos with clients being able to leave after they sign in and getting a text reminder when it is time to return. Historically we could have people waiting 5-6 hours. We also expect our volunteer tax preparers to make use of the easy client communication. Waitwhile has also been very easy to set up! We are excited to see the impact it will have during tax season. We will be using it to manage up to 3000 appointments at 7 tax sites! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I am old school and would like to be able to call customer support, but actually found the chat function to work very well! I anticipated a long wait, but it was very efficient and I got my questions answered quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

We use the service to manage our students/appointments. It allows us the flexibility to see students on a first come/first serve basis, which allows us to see more students in a day. Waitwhile messaging also allows students to follow their progress in line, so they can get a sense of when their appointment will be. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I love how easy it is to use Waitwhile and it seems to get better every year! In addition to alerting us to customer presence, Waitwhile also allows us to communicate efficiently with our customers via text. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

WaitWhile is a user-friendly tool for queue management. It is easy to see who is in our virtual waiting room, for what department, and a brief synopsis of the reason for their visit to our office. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile is easy to use and navigate. With its easy use we are able to assist multiple people without issue. On a daily basis is encounter multiple clients and with waitwhile is allows me to accomplish my job in assisting each client by allowing me to view how long they have wait and how many clients I have waiting. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I have a small bakery and we often would sell out. We needed a preorder solution for our customers so that we could prepare in advance for our daily demand.

I was able to tweak and customize waitwhile's existing features to totally fit my needs. I love how complete their software is, and it really improved our customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Sometimes I the platform can lag and have some bugs (i.e when we move a preorder from serving to completed, sometimes it wont update and the customer stays in the wrong list. Some days the platform is really slow and wont load all the customers who have booking requests and approved bookings, even refreshing constantly. Sometimes we'll send messages to customers and it will show up as sent, then after a few minutes we'll check back and the message was not sent.).

I also feel that there are some missing features that would be really useful. However, one good thing is that I have requested a feature in the past that they actually implemented which made me feel very seen and heard as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
