**What do you like best about Waitwhile?**

I love how easy it is to use Waitwhile and it seems to get better every year! In addition to alerting us to customer presence, Waitwhile also allows us to communicate efficiently with our customers via text.  I can't wait to see what other features are implemented in the future.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in  Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. A QR code would dramatically shorten times for us as well as provide improved functionality for co-workers.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aside from favorable interactions, our customer satisfaction depends on the speed and efficiency by which we are able to serve them.  Waitwhile helps us communicate with our customer via text and alerts us to their presence in a timely fashion. Now that a serve/complete button has been implemented, I love that we no longer have to toggle between "Now Arrived" and "Now Serving" cues to click customers through.

**What do you like best about Waitwhile?**

I love that you can toggle to the monthly view to get a bigger overview of what to expect for appointments throughout the year. The interface is very visually pleasing, and I love the check marks feature that lets us know if someone has confirmed their appointment, or if a guest has completed their appointment or is being served currently. The initial setup of Waitwhile was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

I'm not sure what data is being picked up from the source, but it would be nice to see the same information that makes up the initial questions that ask the guests why they are coming in. Knowing things like IMEI, which device they're bringing in, and what exactly the issue is would be nice to know. Being able to see all the data that the customer enters to set up their appointment.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Waitwhile helps track appointments, providing guest names and visit reasons. The monthly view helps plan ahead, and the intuitive interface with appointment status check marks enhances our workflow.

**What do you like best about Waitwhile?**

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. Also, the initial setup was just creating a login, easy peasy. For my purposes, Waitwhile does exactly the job I need it to do.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Waitwhile to alert customers when their orders are ready, allowing them to shop without waiting. It's easy to enter and edit customer info, helping us gather multiple customer orders efficiently.

**What do you like best about Waitwhile?**

Waitwhile is extremely user friendly. It is very easy to navigate, even for someone who isn't great with computers. I especially like that while booking appointments, it predicts the patient's name after entering just a few letters of their last name. Then I only have to verify that it is the correct patient by matching their information to what I have and then confirming that I am in the appropriate time slot.

I have not personally run into any hurdles or inconvenient features using the Waitwhile application.

I like that Waitwhile helps in scheduling customers for appointments and sending them reminders, especially for appointments made far into the future. It's great for managing different resources and their availability, which is really useful since we have several people working in our company. Each resource can have their own appointment book, time, and even color, which makes it easy to differentiate them. I also found the initial setup of Waitwhile to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

I don't like the limitation of characters, as it forces me to break the communication into parts. It would be nice to have a higher character limit. It also doesn't allow us to send any 'domains' like our email addresses to our customers.

Waitwhile is great for managing many appointments and ensuring that all of the people I need to help get served. It makes it easy to quickly spin up a queue and begin meeting with people who need a hand.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

The only thing I dislike about Waitwhile is that I cannot resize the columns in the board view on my Visits page, as the would help keep everything in view. There is a table view that kind of solves this, but I prefer the board view while having an open queue.

Waitwhile solves the problem of ensuring students get served in a timely fashion during office hours. It benefits myself and my peers because it ensures we can help as many people as possible within our allotted time.

We’ve really enjoyed the real-time waitlist functionality, resource-based assignment, and automated client notifications. For a multi-barber, walk-in shop, the ability to assign clients to individual barbers and send alerts has significantly improved flow and reduced confusion compared to a manual system.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

One area for improvement would be enhancing the multi-guest registration experience. In walk-in environments, families often forget to register each person separately. A built-in “Register Another Guest” button on the status page could help streamline that process and reduce staff intervention.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Waitwhile is helping us build a CRM system, creating efficiency with our waitlist and fairness among barbers with walk-ins. It is helping us track data to make informed decisions around marketing and policies, it is helping us modernize and be at the forefront of barber culture.

**What do you like best about Waitwhile?**

I really enjoy the user friendly interface. It has helped our shelter to streamline our operational processes across multiple departments, which has greatly reduced our wait time and improved the customer experience. The software also provides extremely helpful metrics that help us to identify areas of improvement as well as highlight the areas in which we are doing very well.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

I have yet to identify any glaring downsides. It would be nice to be able to SMS or email outside links to customers as we currently can only send messages but not links.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilizing WaitWhile in an animal shelter in which we have multiple different departments servicing customers from one check-in station. This means we have multiple employees servicing different customers at different times in the same general area. WaitWhile has enabled us to track these customers through the entire process simultaneously for all departments and even down to the employee level determine our efficiency and effectiveness.

I find Waitwhile incredibly easy to use with an intuitive user interface. As a tool for our day-to-day operations, I've encountered zero issues. I particularly appreciate the drag and drop feature and the columned setup, which makes it easy to view different stages of the appointment process. It's very easy to edit and create submissions. The initial setup was super easy, and I managed without any tutorials, though it's comforting to know they're available.

For my specific role, it would be helpful to see more details concerning device issues, warranty status, protection status and IMEI information.

I like how I don't have to schedule live meetings with couriers, which saves me a lot of time. Organizing online meetings through Waitwhile is really easy and convenient for both me and the couriers. Also, the initial setup of Waitwhile was very easy and only took a few minutes, with no issues or complications.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

Honestly, in the beginning, I did have one problem with Waitwhile. The chat feature in the meeting wasn't working well. It was supposed to send an automatic message to the courier with the meeting link from Google Meet, but it wasn't working. So I just started doing it manually, and the problem was resolved.

I use Waitwhile for communicating with couriers and organizing meetings. It helps solve riders' problems quickly, allowing them to reach me online instead of face-to-face, saving both time and effort.

I like that Waitwhile provides a comprehensive view of patient statuses by allowing me to see who is waiting, who is being serviced, and who has already been completed at once. This functionality is invaluable as it enables me to effectively manage staff allocation to meet varying patient needs throughout the day. The ability to keep detailed records of patient visits and volumes is another feature I appreciate because it informs our productivity and quality measures. Additionally, the software's adaptability is crucial for our busy hospital environment, particularly in our Specialty department, where provider check-in processes differ. Waitwhile's interface is user-friendly, allowing for easy addition of staff members, which simplifies onboarding and daily operations. This user-friendly experience ultimately leads me to give Waitwhile a high recommendation score of 9 out of 10.

I dislike the limitation on the number of patients that can be seen per month with Waitwhile. On an extremely busy day, we were required to pay to increase the monthly volume, which was an inconvenience.

**What do you like best about Waitwhile?**

I appreciate how Waitwhile makes it easier to track customer orders and facilitates communication. I use it to sign in customers, having their name, phone number, and order number readily available, which saves me from manually typing this information and helps in efficiently tracking wait times. One of my favorite features is the ability to text customers directly, particularly since we don't have parking at our location, and we ask customers to wait in their cars to avoid tickets. This texting feature makes it significantly more convenient for our customers, as they can come and grab their orders promptly when notified. I also found the initial setup of Waitwhile to be very easy, which is a huge plus. The integration with Centiro is smooth and beneficial in managing operations. Based on these features and overall experience, I am extremely likely to recommend Waitwhile, rating it a 10 out of 10.

Customers find it confusing when there are wait times displayed on the screen. They often misunderstand it as the time when their order will be ready, but it's actually the time until we call them up to check their ID.

I find the statistics feature in Waitwhile incredibly beneficial as it provides insights into how long each student has to wait. This functionality allows us to manage our time effectively, especially during our shifts, by assessing how many students we can assist and determining when additional help may be required. Additionally, the chat function is valuable as it enables us to communicate directly with students, informing them when we will be available to assist them. The initial setup of Waitwhile was very easy, which streamlined its adoption into our workflow.

I find the process of opening and closing the queue in Waitwhile to be cumbersome. The function is not easily accessible, requiring me a long time to locate it initially. Additionally, I often have to refresh the page to confirm whether the queue is open or closed, which is inconvenient. There have also been instances where the queue was closed by mistake, suggesting that the interface could be more intuitive and clearer in this aspect.

**What do you like best about Waitwhile?**

It allows our school staff to easily manage parent arrivals during our Open Morning events and ensure a member of staff meets them promptly, according to their queue position on the waitlist.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

Perhaps in the future. Waitwhile could offer more granular permissions for different user groups. For example, some of our student tour guides could then access WaitWhile without viewing confidential family contact details and manage the family tour queue.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing arrival of families during our Open Morning events, and ensuring that they are all met with a member of the academic team promptly, according to their arrival time. Also, once their academic 1:1 discussion is complete, we can then pass them along to another virtual queue to join a school tour with our student guides. We also use Waitwhile when managing our new intake arrival day, in our school uniform shop. Parents can join the instant queue upon their arrival, wait in our school cafe and view their queue position in our TV display. We can then easily call upon them once our shop staff is ready to serve them. This avoids overcrowding in our uniform shop.

It's so helpful to be able to message clients to see where they're at or to get any extra information that I need. It is also very helpful that I can see alerts when someone's messaging me back. I feel like scheduling appointments is very easy and simple.

There's nothing that disappoints me about weight while I feel like it's a program that works really well. It helps me to be able to communicate with our customers and our clients very well.

Wait while is solving an issue that it's making it more easier for us to be able to talk with clients right then and there to be able for them to message us when they are here for their appointment. While the initial setup of Waitwhile was straightforward for basic configurations, customizing the platform for specific needs presented challenges. When we aimed for a more tailored setup for our event, automating processes became complex, and overlapping schedules sometimes disrupted the waitlist functionality. Although these issues were resolvable, they added a layer of complexity. Additionally, while we utilized Waitwhile's native texting and email features, integration with our existing email system would have been preferable, allowing emails to come from an authorized address.

We love that it helps all staff that are in-practice each day stay on the same page with which client/patient is waiting, being served and has completed their services. I've also used it for detective work when needing to identify certain aspects of a visit by looking at previous dates. It's great! We really like that it keeps a count of how many clients came in for services that day, too. It's an Amazing tool for our office with so many features. We couldn't run efficiently without it!

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

The one gripe I have is that people can "book" their appointment online and then just show up without communication with the office. It would be helpful if it said "request" your appointment. That gives us a chance to then reach out once we have the requested booking. A lot of people think it's booked once they finish with waitwhile online and then arrive out of the blue. So just a tiny little tweak.

It solves communication between front-end and back end- medical staff. We can all clearly see who is in office, which room and which doctor is assigned to them. GREAT tool! Waitwhile makes out client flow even quicker and much more efficient. We can see more clients per day because Waitwhile cuts down on the need to relay which client is where and why. We can all see the screens throughout the office and it helps us stay united as a team on the same page all day!

We use Waitwhile a few times a year, when we vend at festivals/expos, and it works great! It's nice to be able to notify someone from across the venue that it's time for their session with just the push of a button. The setup is simple, and they're constantly improving and making thins even easier to use. Any time we've had an issue or question, the support team has been quick and friendly to help.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

The use of SMS messaging is going away for the free plan, so we'll have to start making sure guests provide us an email address that they receive notification for, or that they download the WaitWhile app on their phone to receive the notification.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first started vending at festivals and expos, we were writing down the name and phone number of people to create a waiting list and then manually texting them when it was their turn. This was tedious and time consuming, and on the rare occasion we would make an error in the number we were texting. Waitwhile made it easy to collect even more data for the guest much faster, including the service(s) they wanted to receive, and the notification process became much simpler by just clicking a button.

This tax season we switched to Waitwhile for client management at 6 of our VITA tax sites. Initially we made the change because Waitwhile offers appointment reminders by text, which we did not have. We had hoped it would reduce the chaos with clients being able to leave after they sign in and getting a text reminder when it is time to return, and that has happened. Our greeters found it easy to add the walk-in clients and helped taxpayers be served in an orderly manner.

We would like to have a phone number to call for customer support. We occasionally have issues that need resolved quickly and the chat can take a while to get an answer.
