What do you like best about Waitwhile?

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Setting up was a little difficult to navigate through. Customization and different lists were a little confusing at times. Also when we needed to update, it was not intuitive on where you needed to go to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

This tax season we switched to Waitwhile for client management at 6 of our VITA tax sites. Initially we made the change because Waitwhile offers appointment reminders by text, which we did not have. We had hoped it would reduce the chaos with clients being able to leave after they sign in and getting a text reminder when it is time to return, and that has happened. Our greeters found it easy to add the walk-in clients and helped taxpayers be served in an orderly manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

We would like to have a phone number to call for customer support. We occasionally have issues that need resolved quickly and the chat can take a while to get an answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wait while is solving an issue that it's making it more easier for us to be able to talk with clients right then and there to be able for them to message us when they are here for their appointment. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I love how easy it is for customers to sign up for returns and how simple! I also enjoy that we can text them alerts now instead of yelling their names across the room! This is really convenient for people who are hearing impaired or struggle with the english language. I have also been told by customers that they really enjoy the text alert feature as well since they can now go shopping or eat at our restaurant while waiting for their turn instead of standing in a busy, stuffy room. I also really enjoy the fact that we can look up the customers information on our side. This really helps us when a customer has come after we have notified them for 5mins and then taken them off the waitlist. We can easily confirm their reservation and also contact them after the return in case they have left something behind, which has happened on several occassions. It's also amazing that we can chat with customers through the website! So if a customer is delayed or has any questions before their return they can easily tell us or ask those questions! What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Honestly, none! This feature has allowed a lot of customers more convenience with their returns. They are now able to check their waitlist status anywhere in the store and now know when their turn is coming up and when to head back! They can also chat with a returns coworker regarding their returns before their time and can now save time waiting if we are unable to help them in store! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now that we have the use of Waitwhile, our customers no longer have to wait in a long line to return an item. They can sign up and then take a seat inside or outside the room and be reassured their turn will not be skipped or taken from them. This has also helped our space issue as we share our waiting space, on busy days, with our pickup desk. Before Waitwhile, our long lines would often merge together out into our lobby area that made it even more confusing for all coworkers in both areas on who needed to be helped. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

this new addition where i can look at the customers information and it already tells me the location where the article/s the customer had bought makes it so much easier to locate the orders without having to switch applications too often making the application way too easy to use for me and for the customers to get ahold of us whenever they dont know how to get to the curbside location the messaging feature is always easy, fast and reliable. Waitwhile has completely transformed the way I manage student office hours. As a TA, I love how easy it is for students to sign up in advance and receive reminders about their time slots. The live queue updates and flexibility to manage walk-ins make it super efficient. It also saves me from dealing with crowded waiting rooms and keeps everything organized and fair. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

We use the service to manage our students/appointments. It allows us the flexibility to see students on a first come/first serve basis, which allows us to see more students in a day. Waitwhile messaging also allows students to follow their progress in line, so they can get a sense of when their appointment will be. Before using waitwhile we scheduled appointments with students. Some would be no shows or very short appointments, wasting the rest of the booked time. The waitlist allows us to work through students at the pace of the appointments. We see more students during the day. We can also adjust the open / close times. I like how easy Waitwhile is to maneuver as I check this site many times a day to verify the reservations of our nooks within Capital One. I also enjoy the number of different features Waitwhile supports as you can reserve space up to 3 days in advance online or on the spot through scanning the QR code.
