**What do you like best about Voxie?**

Everything is organized in one place, which makes it easy for me to keep track of conversations, follow up quickly, and stay on top of every opportunity. It’s made my workflow much more efficient and has helped me stay consistent with my outreach.

Voxie has honestly been a game changer in how I connect with prospects. It’s very easy to use, and it makes it simple to have real, personal conversations at scale without sounding or feeling robotic.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

The main things I don’t like are that there isn’t an option to organize my snippets in the order I use them most. Instead, I have to type them out and search for them each time. It would be much more efficient for me to see my snippets listed in the order I use most often.

Another issue is not being able to keep a separate list of people who have unsubscribed or who don’t have a working number. Right now, I have to search for them every time, and it would be easier to have a way to track that in one place.

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Another major advantage is reliability. Messages send when they’re supposed to, conversations flow naturally, and I never have to worry about missing a beat with a potential lead. It’s a tool I genuinely trust, which matters a lot in a fast-paced sales environment.

Rather than juggling multiple tools or losing track of threads, I can track conversations, follow up consistently, and build relationships with prospects in one streamlined workflow. That alone has saved me countless hours and helped me stay on top of every opportunity.

What I love most is how it strengthens relationships our families feel more connected and informed, and our team feels supported. Voxie makes it easy to connect with current and potential families. As a working mom, I know I can’t always get to my phone to take a call, so receiving a quick text that lets me know what’s going on is much easier. That’s exactly what Voxie does for our families.

Depending on how many characters are in the text we send, some parents don’t receive the message. This can make it difficult at times to share important information.

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

I love the feature because it's quick and easy, allowing us to reach parents even if they are in a meeting or busy at the time. We truly love the ease and flexibility of using Voxie. I also appreciate the ability to reach parents quickly, or to reach out to teachers to ask them quick questions when they have left for the day. It helps us quickly reach them without having to interrupt them with a phone call, and it's easy for teachers to go back and look at the information later. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

The only thing is maybe historical information. When I've sent a Voxie sometimes we can't find the attempt. Or that it didn't send.

I use Voxie for communication, allowing us to quickly reach parents and teachers without interrupting their meetings or classes. It’s flexible and easy, enabling quick questions even when they’re busy or unavailable.

I like that I can easily schedule messages for our parents and communicate to multiple parents at once. It's great that I can reread and modify my message until I'm comfortable before presenting it to the parents. It feels very much like texting them, which is very convenient.

I think the AI aspect is a big deal. Just being able to look over the old messages that I've had with a particular family or person and maybe suggesting something different or different scenario or situation that I present the conversation to convert the lead

I use Voxie to connect more comfortably with parents, allowing them to feel at ease and talk freely. It breaks the ice and creates an open space for communication, helping me follow up and reach out to leads effectively.

Voxie has been such a useful tool for our center to communicate with our families. We love the automatically updated contact lists for blasting out a quick blast. I also love that we can schedule messages for specific times!

The app does log us out frequently, I would love to see if that can be fine tuned.

Before Voxie we used a different service but we used to have to manually add in contacts, I love that Voxie is integrated into our system.

I love the integration into our CORE system. The class segments and active guardians/staff auto update each day and that helps us have more time for other tasks.

It is difficult to erase duplicate entries. Example - having a staff or parent change their phone number, we are not able to delete the old entry.

It's great for mass communication to the entire school, or within a classroom.

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

​​In the world of franchising, many tech vendors are all flash and no substance, selling franchisors technology that is years behind the curve with poor support and weak features. 

That’s not the case with Voxie—this company is one of, if not the best, vendors I’ve ever worked with. Their text messaging platform has saved our support team countless hours and brought in hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue. On top of that, Voxie’s team is comprised of friendly professionals who get the job done and answer questions quickly. They’ve never left me or my team in the lurch. 

Voxie is my gold standard when it comes to vendors. If you’re not using them as your text messaging solution, you’re making a mistake.

Honestly, nothing. They've demonstrated their skill and professionalism again and again.

Voxie manages all of our appointment alerts to customers, helping reduce cancellations and prevent issues. Additionally, they've enabled text message marketing to our database, which has been an important revenue source for our franchisees.

We’ve just started using Voxie for our business and are already excited about all the features it offers. The platform is intuitive, and we’re especially looking forward to exploring its automation and customer engagement tools. So far, the customer service has been quick, kind, and incredibly efficient — a great start to what we hope will be a long-term partnership!

One challenge we’ve run into is not being able to manually adjust opt-in or opt-out statuses for members who didn’t realize our texts are part of regular communication and not just mass marketing. It would be great to have more flexibility in managing those preferences, especially for members who accidentally opt out and still want to receive important updates.

We love being able to send blast messages, an extremely helpful tool for the team and a time saver.

We use Voxie daily to engage with current and prospective customers as well as our staff.  It integrates well with our existing systems and has become indispensible to our operations.

The only downside is the cost.  It's not inexpensive.

It enables us to quickly engage with prospective customers when they reach out with interest in our services.  It helps us communicate about urgent issues with our existing customers.  It helps us provide updates to our staff and vice-versa.

I wish it were a little less expensive, but other than that it's great.

We use Voxie to quickly communicate with our customers and our staff.  Prospective customers find it easy to text for information.  Our team loves it because they can respond to inquiries as time allows rather than having phone call inquiries interrupt their activities.  It helps make us more efficient and responsive to our customers.  We also have a virtual assistant in the Phillipines to is able to help us respond to text inquiries in a seamless manner to improve our responsiveness.

Have consulted with several franchise brands who implimented Voxie and the feedback is tremendous. They work well for Home Service, Commercial Service, Food and Beverage, as well as personal services and much more. They have a "Franchise HUB" that is the best designed franchise ready texting solution ive come across.  Other things I like about them: Modern, easy to use tech, great team, and high quality support to make franchise operators happy and make the franchisor look good to their operators as well.

As Director of Events and Brand at Intown Golf Club, Voxie has been vital in keeping our members updated on events and announcements. It's incredibly easy to use and makes communication seamless.

The Success team is outstanding - always helpful and productive. Voxie has definitley improved our member engagement and enhanced the club experience. Highly recommend!

The only downside is that we're not yet setup to automatically update our member database information with our other systems, so i have to always manually import phone numbers to keep the lists current - but hopefully that will change once we upgrade on the non-Voxie side of things.

They do a great job at increasing repeat customers and ultimately driving top of funnel revenue. Francise brands are constatly looking for that competitve edge and Voxie hlepes unlock that.

The only thing I don't like is more brands don't use the paltform.

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

Voxie allows us to send both Marketing and Sales (1:1) messages in a single platform that syncs back to SalesForce. The Marketing team can send 1:1 messages from our sales reps at scale, and have replies directed to each rep. This enables them to respond to individual messages, all while staying compliant with opt-in mangement across multiple 'teams' using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

I'd like a little more control over exporting my own data.

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are the only provider that we found that can handle our unqiue needs of sending 1:1 messages from a sales rep, sending our mass marketing campaigns, and setting up auto triggers and journeys using both.
This frees up our sales team to respond to incoming messages rather than sending out messages. In short, it makes us more efficient.

When we were shopping for a replacement for Zipwhips, Ted with Voxie did an excellent job listening to our agencies specific needs and putting together a package that our agency can grow with.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

I wish you could paste an image in the field to add it to the text. We like to take screendhots from the computer to send ID cards, and receipts. We cannot attach our screenshots to Voxie. We get an error message. I have spoken with their chat about it.

Their customer service has been very respnsive when we have a question.

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

Our program works with teenagers and Voxie is really helpful in being able to communicate with them and their parents. It is a relatively easy tool to use to share information with them. Voxie also seems to listen to customer feedback and adjusts it's product accordingly which is really nice. The customer service has been great, too.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

It seems like there still isn't an app for Android phones. We just were able to get the app for our staff with iPhones which will be extremely helpful. We also noticed that we can't mark message as "unread" via the current app which would be nice since we have several people utilizing it. Also, the cost is a bit high for us as a non-profit, but we need the service.

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Voxie to contact the students and parents involved in our program. It is an easy way to communicate (i.e. via text) and a way that will often get more responses than an email. We are constantly sharing information about upcoming programs and Voxie helps us do that efficiently.

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

We switched to Voxie from ZipWhip.  The transfer was seamless and the training was great.  Customer service is fast and efficient with response.  Using Voxie has provided another level of communication with our candidates and has become a staple in our daily routine.  It's very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

We are patiently waiting for the Voxie app for android phones. Otherwise, so far, so good.  I have not encountered any problems with Voxie.

Voxie has streamlined communication with our candidate when we were unable to reach via a phone call.  We've been able to receive more documented feedback by using Voxie.

Love the platform. It works! It is very straightforward to see the texts and interactions with our listeners (we are a radio station).

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

Some execution of the features are a bit confusing. Once you do a deeper dive into it, it seems to make sense, but I wish it was a bit easier or faster to be able to jump into the medium to advanced features.  This is compared to my experience using a previous texting platform.

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Texting as an interaction and communication tool? That's great for our listeners (we are a radio station), where internet connectivity is an issue due to lack of cell tower coverage.

I like that their support team tries to help you maximize it.  They have met with me on multiple occassions to help me brainstorm new use cases and we have come up with some great ideas together!

I dislike the way that the mass texts are sent out.  I was accustomed to a simpler way of putting them together.  If they could look more like the step by step of ZW that was more straightforward for me.

It is reducing the number of inbound customer calls that we need to answer.  The 'shift to text' feature has been great in maintaininig a pleasant customer experience.

Very easy to create new text campagins with quick launch feature, my account rep is ULTRA helpful in ensuring all my questions and needs are met in a timely manner.  Great for sending out events, discounts, store happenings and more!

currently not integrated with my POS system, so hoping this will change when we upgrade our POS system, which is coming soon.

The Voxie support team is fantastic.   The platform is easy to use, and the support team has made it easy for me to onboard, resolving issues quickly, and walking me through it via screen share.

Voxie support provides fast, reliable support.  The support staff is friendly, professional, and make communications easy.  Resolution time is typically same day.
