This payroll program is easy to use and the customer service is top notch. If I have an issue it is addressed quickly. I needed help figuring out how to do something and they were very helpful in teaching me how to do what I needed.

During my discovery phase with the sales team I was introduced to Viventium's 401(k) recordkeeping partner - Human Interest. My experience with Human Interest has been quite negative and I would NOT recommend the solution for potential Viventium clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the onboarding software. It is easy to use once you have it set up the way you like it. Customer Support is great for onboarding but not have good luck with payroll paycheck stubs. The most helpful feature is that Vivetium and our CSM/Scheduling tools work together. This has saved us a lot of time when doing payroll. We also love the onboarding; it allows us to show ourselves as professional and organized. Viventium was straightforward to set up and integrate with our workflow. Some of our new hires have had problems finishing the onboarding process. They will get stuck and can't complete the forms. It may primarily be a user error, though. We want to be able to message our employees directly through the ESS portal, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. It would be nice to send out a message with each payday.
