What do you like best about vFairs?

Support from our partners at VFairs is unmatched and the team we work with, specifically Hamda, Sidrah, and Faha helped make our fair so easy and enjoyable to produce again this year. What do you like best about vFairs?

We had the pleasure of working with Shahroze on our mobile app for our third event, and the experience was fantastic. From start to finish, Shahroze was incredibly easy to work with, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project. The ease of implementation and integration of the app was impressive, thanks to Shahroze's expertise. He provided excellent customer support, ensuring all our questions were answered promptly. What do you like best about vFairs?

vFairs was very customizable, flexible, and their team that worked with us was absolutely amazing. Our event, DataSplash, was also praised by our attendees, and they really enjoyed how it felt much more personal than just a collection of webinars.

Also, we were able to stand up our event from start to finish in under 1.5 months, which I wouldn't have thought was possible. We look forward to using it again for future events! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vFairs?

We really don't have any complaints! Anything we weren't able to do ourselves, the vFairs' team was able to do on their side, so we didn't have to compromise on anything.

We had some slight confusion around speakers that also should be attendees, and a few errors when those individuals registered themselves, but again, their team was able to help with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about vFairs?

Apart from the features of the platform, the best thing about vFairs is the excellent customer support provided by the staff consultants. This is our second year using the platform, and this year we were able to use more of the features, including creating a virtual vendor booth, which was easy and intuitive. What do you dislike about vFairs?

Sometimes too much choice is not such a good thing. The number and variety of options for depiction of all of the virtual spaces and options for using the features can be a bit overwhelming (we are a small board of volunteers trying to manage this). What do you like best about vFairs?

Our biggest reason for choosing vFairs was because we had many event attendees with disabilities and wanted to ensure our virtual platform was fully accessible. vFairs ensured this and we had no issues with accessibility on the day of the event. We also appreciated that we had a project manager to work with us one-on-one to ensure the event was how we wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vFairs?

Sometimes, there was a lack of organization, which resulted in some of our requests being ignored or requiring several follow-up communications. This was not the fault of our project manager, as she always communicated efficiently, but rather, seemed to be something internal on their end. There also is not a ton of structure for the process of building the event and ensuring changes are made. For us, we had several email threads that eventually became hard to track. What do you like best about vFairs?

vFairs is a great platform for showcasing your company and reaching a much wider audience. Ours was a school network event, and what is usually held for only school heads in person was scaled to include coordinators and other faculty online. I was quite pleased with vFairs' 3D designs for the event which were aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. Our project management team included Zain Shahid and Kainat Fatima, both of whom were always available and accessible. They were well-versed in the technicalities of the platform and always had a solution to our requests. Zain always sent a daily task completion list so that I was aware of what was done and what remained. On the day of the event, both Zain and Kainat were ready and available beforehand. It was a seamless and incredibly rewarding experience to work with vFairs. Our participants were absolutely thrilled with it as well, and gave tremendous feedback. What do you like best about vFairs?

V-Fairs helps to create an online environment that really delivers top quality experience to visitors as well as allow the organiser to display so much information and interaction with professionalism and excellence.

From day one, the project management is superb, including guidance and examples to help in planning and design, training where needed, regular meetings, to exceptionally timely replies regardless of time of day/week day or weekend or how large or small the query is.

Always able to find answrs and solutions and provide guidance. Always polite, welcoming, professional.

We have worked with them on five online events now and have always felt absolutely supported and confident in their managment through to delivery.

For our users, the V-Fair online evnt platform was extremely easy to use, bespoke to each event and provides an exciting 'expereince' as well as met all needs.

What do you like best about vFairs?

For the second year, vFairs were recently the host for NDI’s virtual Disability Owned Convening. Ensuring accessibility was the most important consideration for NDI when choosing the platform for this event. Right from the start, vFairs understood this and worked with us to ensure all features were accessibility as possible. We were very impressed with both their knowledge and commitment to being accessible. What do you like best about vFairs?

We were late to the game signing up vFairs but they jumped right in and helped through every step of the way. Day and Night. The apps were amazing and letting us configure to our wishes was fantastic. Hamda and Candice were very helpful and was willing to do most anything we asked.

Lastly the 2 days of our show we had Roger as our on site rep. He was outstanding helping out, showing us the ins and outs of the ipads and always had a smile on his face.

What do you like best about vFairs?

The platform’s customization options allow for a tailored event experience. Their support team is responsive.

What do you dislike about vFairs?

There can be occasional glitches that impact the websites/event. , the production times for certain features/modifications and site updates can be slow at times. The backend setup can be complex, requiring a learning curve for new users. We disliked that there was very little control that we could do if we wanted to modify graphics, it had to be done by a developer on their team, it would be great if we were able to upload/post our graphics onto the templates for quick updates on the websites.
