Vendasta has allowed my digital agency to appear larger than what I am. Because they have a list of products/solutions that I serve my clients with, I no longer have to hire staff to work on my projects... All I need to do is log on to the partner center, look in the marketplace for a given solution and launch my project. It has helped me streamline my processes. I have been with Vendasta for 15 months now, and in these 15 months, I have had 3 different PDMs handling my account. I would have liked that number to be less so that we can work on a plan together. As a marketer and small business owner, it can be hard to digitise effectively. Vendasta has done the hard work for me by identifying a range of tools and suppliers that suit my business needs and integrating them on a fantastic online portal that I am proud to share with my clients. The online store function makes it easy to create clear packages and focus my marketing and I really value the help, input and inspiration of my account manager, Dakota. His solutions-orientated approach and wealth of experience really show and his passion for Vendasta is infectious. He has helped me to really focus on my mission and develop packages of products and fulfilment services that have allowed me to add an entirely new revenue stream to my business. As a young platform, there are some challenges with vendasta but I am assured by my account manager that they are working on all of these. One of the main draws for me with Vendastas was the one-login dashboard and while Vendasta has some partners I work with already, the API's to integrate existing accounts don't exist yet, meaning I have had to either create secondary accounts or live with additional logins which somewhat defeats the point. Vendasta offers a wide range of resellable products and services. This allows my agency to provide custom packages to businesses large and small to expand their marketing. In addition to the resellable services, their fulfillment teams help keep projects moving forward smoothly and efficiently. The only downside to having such a large fulfillment team needing those streamlined processes can sometimes reduce the ability to do custom work through the platform. But this is sufficiently made up for by the team's willingness to do their best to provide the highest quality of service and fulfillment at a price that allows agencies to maintain healthy margins.
