The ability to make calls and use voice to text to note my record in Salesforce from my phone. Using the Veloxy mobile app has been a "Game Changer" in the weeks after a recent refresher meeting on using the Veloxy App. I am managing my calls with the app and using the talk to text feature to summarize the call the moment it is over. I parrot back every detail in about 20seconds and it is updated to Salesforce. Set a task in the app and on to the next call. My call numbers are up and my number of meetings is up. Right now I am unable to change the status of a lead from the app. I am forking leads in an untouched status and though I am able to used a drop down to select "Working" the status does not update. In some use scenerios If I click in to send an email without a template the app glitches and resets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Veloxy speeds up my workflow so much that I can't imagine working without it. I can swiftly manage all my tasks, follow-ups, and leads directly from the app with a few taps and voice-to-text. I love the email analytics function and the Gmail extension. Veloxy helps make the Salesforce experience more agile by giving me the ability to manage many of my home office duties from my car. The only big gripe I have is (perhaps I didn't see the button) that there isn't an obvious way to enter leads from the web browser. There isn't a big shiny button that says 'add new lead'.
