
The ability to make calls and use voice to text to note my record in Salesforce from my phone. Using the Veloxy mobile app has been a "Game Changer" in the weeks after a recent refresher meeting on using the Veloxy App. I am managing my calls with the app and using the talk to text feature to summarize the call the moment it is over. I parrot back every detail in about 20seconds and it is updated to Salesforce. Set a task in the app and on to the next call. My call numbers are up and my number of meetings is up. Right now I am unable to change the status of a lead from the app. I am forking leads in an untouched status and though I am able to used a drop down to select "Working" the status does not update. In some use scenerios If I click in to send an email without a template the app glitches and resets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
