A notable issue this year was the unexpected reduction in our health insurance coverage, which was not communicated effectively—our own company, Parrot Analytics, was unaware of the change. Additionally, there’s a growing concern that our benefits are losing value year over year, especially as other companies are offering more competitive and comprehensive benefit packages.
