I felt very comfortable right off the bat, I was treated like an individual, which is quite uncommon in this industry.
The time to answer questions and provide resolutions was also very quick.

Using most of Velocity Global's services is straightforward and user-friendly. Reimbursements for equipments and other expenses are processed quickly, the company consistently keeps us informed with updates, and the staff (Customer Support and others) is generally proactive and kind. My main problem with Velocity Global is the Health Care system. The current Health Care insurance is heavily centralized in São Paulo, which represents significant challenges for employees located elsewhere. Although Mediservice is offered as an alternative for non-São Paulo employees, its coverage is very limited, the information provided (such as the site list) is often outdated, and the overall experience of using it is really frustrating. I wouldn't recommend these Health Care providers (Care Plus and Mediservice) for no one.
I believe it would be beneficial for Velocity Global to offer additional Health Care provider options tailored to employees living outside São Paulo. Besides that, when employees raise concerns or suggest improvements regarding Health Care options, the feedback often seems to be dismissed, with the company redirecting attention to the advantages of the current provider rather than addressing the underlying issues. I can review based on the process I pass through which was the hiring process/onboarding.
Received a clear e-mail with welcome and next steps, setup the call with the velocity global personel assigned to Ireland and during the call, it was presented the company, and the difference bewteen MATRIXX and Velocity Global and how they work.
It was also presented the portal which my information is stored, where I need to log vacation requests, payroll information, etc. It was detailed also the activities that were expected by me in a monthly basis such as timesheet login.
Portal is very good and has a good usability, easy to be used.
I had a few questions in relation to benefits, vacation, expensify, etc. which were quickly responded and addressed.
Tara (the velocity global contact) was very communicative and easy to work with, she was going to be on annual leave and concerned that I had any questions or things to be addressed proactively did follow-ups (sending email asking if there was any questions or issues with the contract). She pointed her backup contact while she was on vacation which maked me more secure that if I have any issues or need anything I have a person to contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not that I dislike because I am not sure if was a problem with Velocity Global or an issue with the MATRIXX HR.
The contract was sent to me and my address was incorrect, also my offer had pension included which in the contract is stating NO PENSION plans are offered.
This delayed my contract signature which is making me more nervous as it needs to be solved this week since my contract should be starting next week 2nd of December.
I also believe that the process could be started a little earlier as the offer was accepted early November, I understand that Velocity Global contacted me while I was in a business trip which delayed a few days for us to have the call, but maybe the draft contract could be shared earlier as it would give more time to discuss and agree if there was any discrepancies to it. What I like best about Velocity Global is the personalized and efficient support provided by the HR team in Brazil. Their quick response time, averaging just over an hour, demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. The team members, like Carolina, Marina, and Andreia, handle requests with professionalism, respect, and attention to detail. What I find challenging about Velocity Global is that some processes involving external partners can occasionally take longer than expected, even though the internal HR team's response time is excellent. It has been a great opportunity for me because this has allowed me to work for a big company outside of Mexico with me being in Mexico. Velocity has been clear and transparent with the process and the contract and even though they work as a third party they have always been in contact with me and they have always been there for me in any step of the process regarding the position. I’ve been using the Velocity Global app for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid tool. The site is fairly easy to navigate. The interface is clean, and most features are straightforward, making it accessible even for those who aren’t particularly tech-savvy.

That they take their legal resources of each different country to provide an excelent Human Resources services in a short time period. So, the company who will hire a new member have the legal support across VG without the process to open a legal entity at the Coutry they want to participate on. RH Team is very efficient and fast in responding matters.
The treatment from employees from VG is very warming and respectful. Any support and resolutions are fast and carefully treated no matter the subject. In less than 24 hours you get all the answers you need. Never had problems with payment, holidays or other RH topics.

I don't like that in many matters we are simply told "ask your manager," as happens with important issues like December and New Year's vacations.
