We were lied to from the get go. Gouged on prices and provided the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced. Strung us out on extra charges, fine print in contract allows for addition of users during the year, but not deletions which with any turnover whatsoever will cause you to pay for licenses not in use. How fast responses are between phone, program and leads. It keeps all of my leads organized. Easy to keep notes and access file information while I'm taking the call. It completes an application and moves everything into my other program, "encompass" very well. Sometimes there's a lag for shotgun calls. When clicking a specific magnifying glass on the front page, it covers the other leads from being clicked/accessed.
