Everything. Do you ever use your own app? Like ever? There are sooooo many bugs. It rarely works the way I need it to. Pull leads is a crap shoot of if that will actually load right. The text messaging system is the worst piece of junk I've ever seen, you can't even clear the notifications of messages received and if that lead is no longer in your name...well you still get a message from them, but you can't view it... and it's always there. Velocify has structured lead distribution programs that help to route the best opportunities to the best agents. Their pull blind distribution is an incredible mechanism for routing leads based on status and campaign to the proper agent groups. The local caller id rotation helps to increase contact rates and their integrations for lead vendors are very easy to configure. The system also supports automated texting and emails based on lead criteria and triggers. The reporting is very limited unless data is exported to an external analysis or BI tool. Integrations in the system can only be triggered via status change or action on a record an it would be helpful to trigger on other fields and filter logic on the system as well. As of late the system has been becoming more unstable and having outages. There is also SOW required to complete simple tasks that the system does not support, but are necessary to operate at scale.
