What I like best about Velocify is the ease of making outbound calls. With the click of a button, I'm dialing through my list of potential candidates, dispositioning them appropriately, and setting appointment reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is slows down salesforce. It messes up sequences and lead cadences. It errors out all of the time so that no leads populate in the dialer. They listened to our questions, concerns, and needs during two different project opportunities using the lead manager. The developers understood our needs in detail, and support is always available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Little to dislike. However, if I had to comment, there were a few times they took our suggestions and implemented them later down the line without telling us,and I just found out they were now available. (Would love some credit, or at least a note that the feature was then later made available for us to implement!)
