Very easy to use, pretty much self explainatory. Auto dialing is very useful, The automated text and automated emails also prove to be very useful. I enjoy getting emails when I see text come in to let me know that we have received text. I also like the availability to my co workers calendars on VS so I can easily schedule appointments for them should I catch their phone call etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not being able to flip backwards thru contacts, if I needed to go back to a recent one, instead of searching, auto text to missed appointments. When a new lead is generated that has had an appointment scheduled in the past that they no showed for, it would be nice to have a different option other than "no show" that automatically sends a text to reschedule their appointment. There isn't many options available for a lead that has previously no showed to their appointment. I have used several different crm's and lead management programs. Vanilla soft is by far the best I have found. It is really easy to use and easy to customize for your business. It allows me to run reports with just a couple of clicks. But the call routing is by far the best benefit we have found as it is very beneficial to our clients as well. Being an admin user has made my life much easier as well. Very easy to make quick changes, save, and move on. The "Help" options takes you step by step on how to develop a database with very easy to follow instructions. I would highly recommend Vanilla Soft to everyone I know. Quite often I need to leave a note on a prospect record and do not want to terminate the record. It would be awesome if there was an easy way to be able to do that. Say maybe type the note and hit save, or something along those lines. You can do it on the backend, but it is time consuming that way. I would also like to be able to build a report easier as it takes a lot of time to add in all the little term codes that you want shown in report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
VanillaSoft has helped tremendously with our transition from Phonathon to Engagement Center. All of VanillaSoft's capabilities and features are helping in the process of having a dynamic and vareity of engagement for our constituents. The software was easy to implement, is easy to use, and the integration was streamlined! We use it frequently for our call center and the customer support is always available when my students have questons. It is truly an amazing software to assist with our development efforts. I like how customizable the interface is, we can create and program our own results.
We can program callbacks, we can write scripts, and have access to the customer's informations directly on the same screen as the scripts and results, and you don't have to look for the tabs etc.

Vanilla Soft is super easy to use and user friendly, I teach my team how to use it in less then a day and they love it too. when they use it often it becomes like second nature and we use it every day. This software is so, so easy to use and the one on one training process is incredible. I feel well supported and all of my questions have been answered in a timely manner. The customer support VanillaSoft is able to provide is top tier.
My team was able to quickly learn the ins and outs of the software by just clicking around because it is so user friendly. The only change I would make is the 'Advanced Search' page. Sometimes, I will be searching for a lead by their address and they won't pop up but then I search by their first or last name, they appear and the address would be exactly what I typed. Unable to use drip campaigns. Number and texts get blocked easily. Also unable to keep notes/outgoing msgs just to me, the logged in user. Also does NOT show my outgoing call number. ALL on the system/team can access notes. Should have capability to display my outgoing dialing/call-back number so I can verbally relay or text to lead when asked.
