What do you like best about Userpilot?

I like the ease of navigation with Userpilot and how it reduces the need for extensive trainings as we are able to set up tool tips and videos. I appreciate that we're finally able to get more feedback on NPS scores because the survey appears in-app, making it easier and more effective than sending unanswered emails. It's great that we can track which products our clients use most or least, which helps in the product roadmap. I enjoy using in-system announcements through banners, which are our favorite mode of communication to all our clients at Workpay. We use Userpilot on a weekly basis to check on product usage and send out announcements to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userpilot?

I use Userpilot because it allows me to design and launch product experiences without writing code, which saves time and increases flexibility. What stands out to me is the advanced segmentation, allowing me to target users based on their behavior and deliver personalized in-app messages, making the experience more relevant and effective. I also appreciate Userpilot's intuitive interface and better segmentation capabilities, which were the reasons I switched from a different platform. The setup was relatively simple, and after the initial installation with my technical team, creating flows and experiences was quick and uncomplicated. What do you like best about Userpilot?

I use Userpilot to guide users through important workflows and introduce new features, which helps me deliver contextual messages at the right time. It solves the challenges of low feature adoption by allowing me to highlight features contextually, increasing engagement and usage. The feature I value most is the flexibility - I can quickly build, edit, and launch in-app flows without waiting on developers, which makes iteration much faster. These features reduce my reliance on technical resources, so I can independently create and adjust experiences whenever needed, speeding up execution and keeping projects moving. The setup was faster and easier than I expected compared to other tools I've used; it required minimal technical effort, and I was able to launch my first in-app experience shortly after installation. What do you like best about Userpilot?

I love that Userpilot is very easy to use, which helps in creating and distributing trainings quickly without needing engineering resources. The support from our Customer Success Manager (CSM) and support team has been fantastic, assisting with various use cases. I appreciate that once Userpilot is installed, it starts collecting analytics immediately, allowing me to update the raw data into human-readable events for my analysts. The integration with applications directly eliminates the extra work involved with our previous solution, in addition to making the end-user experience exponentially easier. The initial setup of Userpilot was very easy, which is a huge plus. Also, the analytics tracking is straightforward and doesn't require additional development work. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

I don't like that copying and pasting into modals don't retain the source formatting, even if it's from another modal on Userpilot. Having the paste include the source format would make it even quicker. Also, shared content management could be improved. I have multiple types of users requiring some of the same content and some unique content. What do you like best about Userpilot?

I use Userpilot because it allows me to build onboarding flows without relying heavily on development. It helps me reduce churn by improving the overall user experience. I like that Userpilot offers a lot of flexibility in customizing the design of flows to match our branding. I can adjust how flows appear, like choosing between subtle tooltips and larger modals, which helps avoid overwhelming users. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

"Powerful UX Insights, Easy Setup, and Responsive Support"
What do you like best about Userpilot?

There is a lot to like about Userpilot but what impressed me the most is the massive amount of insight I can get as a UX Designer/Researcher to dial in my efforts and ensure I am working on the most pressing needs of my users. It gives me all kinds of tools that I can implement to collect even more information and it's super easy to modify and tailer my polls, feedback forms, etc to get the exact information I am looking for. In comparison to other platforms I have used in the past, I have found Userpilot to be incredibly easy to setup and configure. I have no experience with the initial integration steps but I have found it to be exceedingly easy to integrate UX research features directly into specific views, forms, or other elements of our software. I was impressed at the quick responses from our customer service representative, even following up after I had a quick support session using the chatbot. That kind of service is rare in this industry. I plan to use this tool every day moving forward to collect data to inform all of my UX decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

Being a UX designer myself I'm very nit-picky about the user experience in software being spot on. I am being honest here in saying that I am a new user to Userpilot and have yet to come across anything that I would say I outright dislike. I did find it a bit overwhelming at first due to the massive number of features available but breaking it down into consumable chunks while I was familiarizing myself with the platform helped. I do wish there was an integration with Click up so feedback could be forwarded to my ClickUp dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userpilot?

I like how easy the reporting is to create with Userpilot. As long as we're passing the correct data, we can slice and dice it in any way we want. The ability to track user events is pretty cool, and I used the Userpilot extension to track all the high leverage user events. It helps us better understand user flows by segmenting our audience by users who perform actions within the first login or as a new customer. The setup was pretty simple from a development perspective, and Userpilot made it easier by categorizing high usage events for me. Overall, it helps us better understand our customer interactions, efficiently communicate with customers, and help our customers better understand our products. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

I don't personally use Chrome, so I had to download that to use the extension. I had some difficulty tracking specific events, but I think it was because of the way our app handles user interaction on the front end that made it difficult for Userpilot to categorize uniqueness. What do you like best about Userpilot?

I like how Userpilot makes it easy to update and optimize flows. If something isn’t performing well, I can quickly adjust steps and targeting. The ability to quickly edit steps and update messaging is essential because the product often evolves. The initial setup was easy, and the Userpilot support team was helpful whenever I had questions. I also appreciate that Userpilot helps me guide users inside the app, improving trial to paid conversion rates by guiding trial users toward key activation milestones and helping them experience value faster. What do you like best about Userpilot?

The product is fairly easy to use for almost all things we want to do with it. Support is phenomenal for all the things that are not easy or straightforward. We use it daily to make business decisions. The new AI features make it even faster for us to derive information and it even helps find items we were not currently observing. What do you dislike about Userpilot?
