I like the ease of navigation with Userpilot and how it reduces the need for extensive trainings as we are able to set up tool tips and videos. I appreciate that we're finally able to get more feedback on NPS scores because the survey appears in-app, making it easier and more effective than sending unanswered emails. It's great that we can track which products our clients use most or least, which helps in the product roadmap. I enjoy using in-system announcements through banners, which are our favorite mode of communication to all our clients at Workpay. We use Userpilot on a weekly basis to check on product usage and send out announcements to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
