I love the fact that I can send those that have worked with my various review links all in one place. It's very helpful and allows for those that have worked with me to share their experiece working with me across all of my review platforms. Its also easily customizable, user-friendly and the platform has many features that allow me to manage my various platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When getting started with TrueReview, I was a little confused navigating the interface. I also had trouble uploading contacts. However, the support team came in and saved the day. They formatted my csv correctly, and I was able to start sending review requests right away. We use TrueReview to send review requests consistently now, and has made it easy to assist the businesses we work with in implementing review requests into their workflow. The plan we have, we can only use 1 business under the same business account, which makes it difficult to balance review requests between two locations. I don't know that this platform would work well for businesses with a large number of locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am so glad that I found a way to get text message reviews to my customers. TrueReview has been easy to set up and execute within our salon and customers find it easy to use. They are growing so I know changes will be ahead, but I wish there was a daily feedback summary of any feedback, reviews on google/yelp etc that I could share with my team. I love how the CEO & Co-Founder reached out via sms to answer any questions after visiting the site. I was also able to book a zoom meeting with him the next day where he went through how True Review could work for my agency. It didn't feel like a sales call whatsoever, especially since the service essentially sells itself. I also appreciated the follow up and quick reply.
