"Love TrueReview - All My Review Links In One Place"

What do you like best about TrueReview?

I love the fact that I can send those that have worked with my various review links all in one place. It's very helpful and allows for those that have worked with me to share their experiece working with me across all of my review platforms. Its also easily customizable, user-friendly and the platform has many features that allow me to manage my various platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

What do you like best about TrueReview?

This service is easy to use and I have received more reviews then before using this service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

A lot of people didn't open the text messages. They were possibly filtered out as Spam. The emails seemed to have better customer reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Each business is assigned a dedicated, registered number, fully compliant with network carrier regulations. Unlike emails, SMS doesn’t track statuses like opens, but we do monitor link clicks within the message to measure engagement. You can be confident that your SMS messages are being delivered successfully!

What do you like best about TrueReview?

The user friendliness is amazing. The customer support is the best I've experienced as a Marketing Manager. The ease of implementing this into our website and email marketing campaigns is above every other company I've tried. The number of features are limitless it seems like and the ease of integrating overall is very simple. What problems is TrueReview solving and how is that benefiting you?

True Review is solving the issue to where a business wil want to dictate their businesses google reviews. It is very simple to send the review link via sms or email and then moderate if the customer hits the thumbs down then they fill out a form instead of leaving a negative Google review on our Google Business page. What do you like best about TrueReview?

We love using TrueReview because it's so easy to set up and customize your compaigns. Then you can track the requests and follow up with the clients? So easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

It's taking us a while to send 30+ reviews to see all of the insights. I'm curious even with the few we've sent what the response rate is or where we're losing the customer. I'd like to see what it's like when we can view those reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was looking for the right review service and TrueReview came in clutch with easy setup and integration. Also, they have great customer service. "Good for a Simple Review Request Workflow"

What do you like best about TrueReview?

When getting started with TrueReview, I was a little confused navigating the interface. I also had trouble uploading contacts. However, the support team came in and saved the day. They formatted my csv correctly, and I was able to start sending review requests right away. We use TrueReview to send review requests consistently now, and has made it easy to assist the businesses we work with in implementing review requests into their workflow. What do you dislike about TrueReview?

The plan we have, we can only use 1 business under the same business account, which makes it difficult to balance review requests between two locations. I don't know that this platform would work well for businesses with a large number of locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In regards to managing reviews for multiple locations, our Premium plan comes with the ability to manage 5 locations under a single account, and you can add more locations a la carte. "Convient third party reviewing system for our salon!"

What do you like best about TrueReview?

I am so glad that I found a way to get text message reviews to my customers. TrueReview has been easy to set up and execute within our salon and customers find it easy to use. The customer service has been phenomenal and that alone is worth trying in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

They are growing so I know changes will be ahead, but I wish there was a daily feedback summary of any feedback, reviews on google/yelp etc that I could share with my team.
