The two biggest pros of using Tropic are the time savings & the cost savings. Having a dedicated commercial executive for every purchase/renewal to handle the negotiations with vendors is such a burden lifted from a time perspective. Additionally, Tropic guarantees to save you a specific multiplier over what it costs to use them as a service, so it's virtually a "risk-free" investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some bugs on the platform -- nothing major, but sometimes it causes issues here & there. Additionally, commercial executives are assigned on Tropic's end, and you quickly learn that some CE's are better than others but you don't have a choice in who gets assigned to which request.
