What do you like best about TriNet?

TriNet provides a straightforward and user-friendly experience for managing HR and payroll tasks. I especially appreciate how easy it is to access important documents such as pay stubs, W-2s, and benefits information. The platform is easy to navigate, reliable, and helped simplify onboarding and ongoing HR-related tasks. Having payroll, benefits, and HR resources available in one place saves time and makes administrative processes more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

My main complaint is that some HR and benefits information can be difficult to find initially, and certain parts of the interface could be more intuitive. Once you're familiar with the platform it's manageable, but there is a bit of a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All My Payroll, Benefits, and HR Info in One Easy-to-Use Place"
5/5
What do you like best about TriNet?

What I like best about TriNet is that it puts everything I need as an employee in one place. I can easily access my pay stubs, tax documents, benefits information, PTO balances, and direct deposit settings without having to contact HR. The platform is straightforward to use and makes it convenient to manage my payroll and benefits information whenever I need it and its easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

There isn't much I dislike about TriNet, but the user interface can feel a bit dated at times, and some features can take a few extra clicks to find. Overall, it works well for managing payroll, benefits, and HR information, but the user experience could be more modern and streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Consistent HR Details That Make HR’s Job Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TriNet?

TriNet provides a clear and consistent way to look at HR details, and eliminates a lot of potential confusion when companies and HR reps do things their own way. I think TriNet makes HR's job easier, and minimizes potential errors. It's available 24/7 in a way that my company's HR rep could never be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

TriNet's interface doesn't entirely match up with how my company does business, and we still have to rely on some external forms for processes that either aren't available in the software or aren't intuitive to our HR department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Intuitive UI That Makes Time, Pay, and Benefits Easy to Find"
5/5
What do you like best about TriNet?

As an employee end user, I find the UI very clean and intuitive. It’s easy to locate the information I need for my time, paychecks, and benefits, and everything feels straightforward to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

The only feature I wish were available is the ability to select multiple paystubs at once and download them as a PDF, since I like to keep my own files stored locally. Having this option would save me time when downloading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TriNet’s Mobile App Mirrors Desktop, with Helpful Support and Timely Notifications"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TriNet?

I like how the mobile app has pretty much the same features/access as the desktop view. Some apps out there only allow you to do certain features on mobile and I would have to log in on my computer to do certain things. I like that support is available on TriNet so I feel like I can easily get help if needed. I also like the notifications where it reminds you support is available. I like the notification when it's payday and I can review my statements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

I dislike how my enrollment period is different than TriNet's period. Not sure why my company did not align with TriNet's timeframe, but it was so confusing getting emails and notifications about the enrollment process/period when it wasn't actually the time to do so for me. We got emails saying we were auto-enrolled into the same elections as last year, but my HR team had to keep saying to disregard these since our enrollment period is a bit later... This was a confusing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TriNet Makes HR, Payroll, and Benefits Management Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about TriNet?

What I like best about using Trinet is how easy it makes it to manage important employee information all in one place. The platform lets me quickly access payroll, benefits, tax documents, and other HR resources without any confusion. I also appreciate Trinet’s performance overall—it never lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

One aspect I dislike about TriNet is that the pricing can feel high compared to alternatives, which makes it harder to clearly measure the ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless HR with Exceptional Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TriNet?

I really appreciate the accessibility of TriNet, as it removes the guesswork and saves time by avoiding excessive clicking through the site, which is really efficient. It's easy to find documents and resolve questions, which is greatly appreciated. The chat options are great support tools, and they are incredibly helpful for solving anything that I can't figure out on my own. The setup process was very easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

I think the organization of the files, looking for the forms and policies can be moderately frustrating at times. Clearer labels and sublabels, directory or search function that helps the user find those areas of the website. At its current function, this is a section where clicking through everything is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accessible Features, Minor Navigation Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TriNet?

I like TriNet because it provides easy access to important information with most of the details I need readily available. Specifically, being able to access my 401k, having an overview of the PTO/Sick hours I used and have left, and viewing my paycheck discreetly are features I find very useful. It's just easy access with a few clicks, and everything is easy to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

I don't have a problem with TriNet so far but I have noticed that when it comes to the performance learning section. I get a little bit confused. After I finished a task, sometimes I'm not sure if I really finished it or not so I would have to exit then reenter to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Slow, Buggy UI and Confusing Redirects Undermine the Experience"
0.5/5
What do you like best about TriNet?

It was easy to get started, and I was able to log in quickly. However, I ran into quite a few UI/UX bugs: some words showed up as random letters and numbers, and certain screens took a very long time to load—often displaying only a white screen. There also wasn’t any loading animation or other indicator to show that it was actually working in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

The slow performance and redirects to different pages, there doesn't seem to be great coherency with the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
