"Streamlined HR and Payroll in One Place"
What do you like best about TriNet?

What I like best about TriNet is how much time it saves by keeping everything in one place. Payroll, benefits, and HR tasks are all streamlined, which makes managing things a lot easier. I also appreciate having access to better benefits options than we’d likely have on our own. It takes a lot of the stress out of compliance and HR questions, so we can focus more on our actual work instead of administrative tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

One downside of TriNet is that the platform can feel a bit complex at times, especially when you’re trying to find specific information or complete certain tasks quickly. There can be a learning curve for new users. I’ve also noticed that response times for support can vary depending on the issue, which can be frustrating when you need immediate help. That said, once you get familiar with the system, it does become easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superb Support and User-Friendly Experience"
What do you like best about TriNet?

I love that you can chat with a real person within minutes, which means you're not waiting forever on hold or having to call somebody. Everything is right there, super convenient, and easy to use. The functionality of TriNet is simple and clear; you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out. Everything is laid out nice and clear. Ease of use is very important to me. It's super easy to ask a question when I don't know what to do, and everyone is friendly. The initial setup was super easy; signing in and everything is laid out just where you would think it would be. It's easy to enter your time, calculate your time off, see any benefits, and walk through everything, which is laid out nice and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

Navigating to additional benefits can be a little bit hard to understand, like vacation packages and stuff like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TriNet: Comprehensive HR Suite with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about TriNet?

I really appreciate TriNet's excellent customer service. The representatives are extremely helpful, especially when calling in. They assist with complex processes like terminations and even refer us to attorneys when needed. It was crucial to have the attorney make sure we complied with necessary laws. The customer service team is very conscientious about ensuring each question we have is answered properly and fully. Also, I find the HR management team extremely knowledgeable. If I can't find a solution online, I can rely on them to definitely have a solution for me, which saves me from wasting time doing my own research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

Cost is sometimes an issue. I would like a larger benefit package, and different types of health insurance available to our team. It's limited there, but, otherwise, we're happy with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient All-In-One Platform with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about TriNet?

I like TriNet because everything is in one spot, making it very convenient and easy to use. On the dashboard page, I can easily log in and find all I need, like my time details, benefits page, and everything I need right at my fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

Maybe the one thing that could be improved is to have a better understanding of how to log in on your TriNet or how to take time off or request time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from kenyatta maxwell of TriNet

"Effortless Navigation, Comprehensive HR Access"
What do you like best about TriNet?

I use TriNet mainly for accessing paystubs, benefits, and my time card, and it's great that these are all available in one place. What I like most is how easy it is to navigate. TriNet is formatted incredibly well, which makes it easy to clock in to work, look at my paystubs, and select benefits all in just a few clicks. The dashboard is super helpful because it gives me a comprehensive overview of all the things I need daily, weekly, and monthly, keeping me updated on important stuff like insurance, pay, and company updates. The initial setup was super easy too. I just got a setup link in my email, created a password, and had instant access to everything I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

I have yet to come across any glaring issues with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform with Comprehensive Benefits Access"
What do you like best about TriNet?

I like how easy the TriNet website is to use. It makes my benefits easy to understand, and I can pretty much get everything I need just from their website without having to go to other sites for different information. So instead of having to go to different places for my 401(k), health insurance, or pay stubs, I can actually use TriNet to get all that information in one spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

I think when I'm trying to log in, it's always sending me making me have a text verification even though I'm using the same computer. So it's just one extra step I really don't feel like I need to take. Over and over again. Some things took a little bit longer during the setup, just getting everything from the previous system into this system. But now we have a TriNet representative helping us, so things are going a little faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Efficient"
What do you like best about TriNet?

I use TriNet as my primary portal as an employee, and I've found it really useful and user-friendly so far. It solves the problem of not knowing who or how to report a time off request, making that process really simplified. I like the way it's divided up into easy-to-use sections, and the ability to search for TriNet perks or company policies. Using TriNet saves me time since everything is easy to find, allowing me to complete work-related tasks quickly and take advantage of any benefits my employment allows. The initial setup was very easy, no more difficult than making any online account, and it was straightforward to set up my financial account. I didn't have to get a voided check for direct deposit; I just entered my bank info, and everything was processed right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

"Effortless HR Management, Highly Recommended"
What do you like best about TriNet?

I use TriNet for looking up insurance information, checking my pay, applying for PTO, and even for checking out perks and discounts. I like the exercise stretches it provides as they help me get warmed up for work. It's really easy to find things like my policy and group number for insurance, and the PTO request process is really smooth and saves me a lot of time. Overall, I find it just easy to use compared to the CommonSpirit system I used at my last job. The initial setup was very easy as well. I'm really happy with TriNet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

It was annoying that I had to click OK on my phone just to access the computer TriNet site, but I somehow figured out how to stop that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering HR Management with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about TriNet?

I like using TriNet as our PEO because it handles payroll, benefits, employee record keeping, and compliance, which lets us focus on what moves the business forward. Their customer support is a big plus; the team is responsive, and their depth of knowledge around HR issues and compliance is reassuring. This gives us confidence knowing we have experts in our corner. The fast response times from TriNet’s support really make a difference in our day-to-day operations. It has also reduced our exposure to employment-related risk. Also, the initial setup of TriNet was very easy, which was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

I'd like to see more platform customization. While the system covers the core functionality well, it can feel somewhat frigid. We'd like to tailor workflows, reporting, or views to better fit how our business operates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Platform, But Integration and Usability Issues"
What do you like best about TriNet?

I like working with our rep and payroll partner. It's convenient that everything is on one platform, so I don't have to log into multiple places. Our payroll rep is usually readily available to assist and helps identify solutions. I also appreciate that the LOA checks to see if someone qualifies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

I do not like that TriNet doesn't integrate with our 403(b) plan. I do not like the reporting tool, as it is not intuitive and it's difficult to pull the information I want. Categories are not what I would expect, and that's made it more difficult. The LOA setup isn't great; it doesn't always ask the right questions, and the recent improvements removed the feature that populates the amount of sick or vacation hours an employee has, so I have to exit to check that info and start over. The initial setup was years ago and felt confusing with lots of back and forth and many people involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
