What I like best about TriNet is how much time it saves by keeping everything in one place. Payroll, benefits, and HR tasks are all streamlined, which makes managing things a lot easier. I also appreciate having access to better benefits options than we’d likely have on our own. One downside of TriNet is that the platform can feel a bit complex at times, especially when you’re trying to find specific information or complete certain tasks quickly. There can be a learning curve for new users. I’ve also noticed that response times for support can vary depending on the issue, which can be frustrating when you need immediate help.
