What many people like best about Trello is its visual simplicity and flexibility. The Kanban-style boards make it easy to organize tasks, track project progress, and collaborate with team members in a highly visual way. Its drag-and-drop interface, along with customizable boards, cards, and lists, allows users to tailor Trello to their specific workflows. The platform also integrates with many third-party apps (like Slack, Google Drive, and Jira), which enhances productivity and streamlines project management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited Advanced Features: Trello is great for simple task management but may lack advanced project management tools (like Gantt charts, time tracking, or advanced reporting) without third-party integrations.
Overwhelming for Large Projects: As projects grow in size, Trello boards can become cluttered and harder to manage.
Limited Customization for Cards: While customizable, cards may lack depth for handling complex tasks or workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very easy to implement without any IT issues because it´s an online tool. All internal communication switched from eMail to Trello and we have the security that everybody involved in a project is working on the last version of a file. Also external agencies are easy to integrate. We use it daily for all projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would be great, if it would be possible to work together in real time on the same file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how trill keeps all the things in one place . like it has different boards and different labels that too are colour coded where I can colour code them according to my need whenever I want.i can simply swipe one card from one board to another when it is done.it like so easy.i love tht how treloo provide the person option to customised his or her board according to there own choice I can add colour change background and make it to my own liking so in looks kind of view it is totally customisable this it why I loved tht I dont have to stick with the developers design and I can do what so ever with the design according to my linking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the only thing which I dont like about trello is that it dont let me delete card once made so if I had made some card which I dont want afterwards it will nt let me delete Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the Kanban view—it’s visually intuitive and perfect for organizing my thoughts and tasks. The free version offers a lot of workspace and ready-made templates, making it really easy to get started and stay organized. Trello is always open in my tabs and acts as my brain dump, which I find incredibly useful. I always recommend it others, been using this for 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish Trello allowed more text formatting options within card titles, like bold, italic, or underline. It would also be great to have a feature to customize the color of the cards for better visual organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I appreciate most about Trello is its ease of implementation, which allows for quick use without complications. Additionally, the customer support is excellent, with resources like detailed guides and an active community ready to help. I use Trello regularly to manage projects efficiently, thanks to its intuitive interface and flexible features that adapt to the specific needs of my team. The ease of integration with other tools we already use is also a strong point, facilitating data synchronization and significantly increasing our productivity. What I don't like about Trello is that sometimes the simplicity that makes the interface so intuitive can become limiting for more complex project management needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It`s really ease to navigate, see the tasks and progression. To create reports and see the work done. To share progress with other teammates and organise our work. It is integrated with other tools, such as Google Agenda. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot create subtasks to specific teammates inside one single card, which can be disturbing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is really easy of use even for less knowlegable colleagues. It helps keeping the tasks and due dates on track. Also the pre-built templates make the setup quick and straighforward. It can be used for local teams or even global teams also allowing to automate some tasks as moving cards or sending reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some limitations on the Free Plan and multiple boards sometimes can be more challenging to administrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
