More than 250+ out of the box connectors make the integration faster , the audience studio is the isolated from data workbench which makes it easier for marketers to create the segments and activate it without depending much on the IT team . Treasure Data is perhaps the most reliable software I've used, it just works and you can trust the data within it. Implementation can be a tad tricky but I believe that it can be done easily in house (even with a complex business) with a technical marketing person and a software developer. As per the title, the softwares great but you need to put in the work, it's something that requires you to really come up with a strategy and make sure that you're using the software a few times a week and monitoring what you're doing. Treasure Data have great CSMs who are very involved but naturally can't offer you in depth technical support, when we started we struggled a bit thinking that the best approach was to ask them for help whenever we had a problem.
