Easy to use, Don't have much hassel of creating a code for data pipelines to connect to various connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Treasure Data Customer Data Platform?

There are still some bugs that need to be fixed especially one is when two people are working on a workflow, even if it is a completely different workflow in the same project, and when you save yours, then when the other person is saving theirs, you are going to lost all the code if you saved your workflow first and the person who saved it last will overwrite over your workflow. What problems is Treasure Data Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

First and foremost is it is saving us Data engineers alot of time, for example let say we want to create a data pipeline, we will need to write a custom python script then we will need to deploy it then need to manage it, TD solves all of these problems and saves alot of time. Very responsive Customer Success Team. They work closely with partners and clients to ensure the product implementation is done right and the value is realized. Some of the feature requests had a turnaround of less than a week!

The UI is clean and easy to understand for any non-tech-savvy business user to understand and use.

Takes very little time to learn the tool, especially for data engineers who are vital in implementing the system.

A lot of out-of-the-box connectors keep popping up. So if you don't see the one you require for your ecosystem, you are likely to have it by the time you are halfway through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Treasure Data Customer Data Platform?

CI/CD is limited to a few tools. Would like to see an integration with Azure DevOps that is more common.

The need to write a new set of workflows for Treasure Insights seems a bit of an overhead.

For organizations that are global and have brands that are sold globally, the ability to perform identity resolution while maintaining consent is critical. In addition, if the organization expands from B2B to D2C, it must understand consumer behavior and engage with the consumer at the right time through proper channels to optimize marketing spend.
