What do you like best about Treasure Data Customer Data Platform?

Treasure Data is perhaps the most reliable software I've used, it just works and you can trust the data within it. Implementation can be a tad tricky but I believe that it can be done easily in house (even with a complex business) with a technical marketing person and a software developer. As per the title, the softwares great but you need to put in the work, it's something that requires you to really come up with a strategy and make sure that you're using the software a few times a week and monitoring what you're doing. What do you dislike about Treasure Data Customer Data Platform?

Treasure Data have great CSMs who are very involved but naturally can't offer you in depth technical support, when we started we struggled a bit thinking that the best approach was to ask them for help whenever we had a problem. Split between AS and CDP. Want more low-coding possiblilites for end to end, from integrations, data workbench to activation with a step-by-step process.

Easy to integrate with the systems in the martech stack. Easy to use when it comes to setup data pipelines. Customer support is outstanding when it comes to resolve any technical issues. What problems is Treasure Data Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The CDP from TD is solving our Golden record for customers which is much needed. At the same time it provides is the much needed insights into future elections from our customers via NBA models, something that we use to target customers on the Road and future revenue generating oppurtunities.
