Super easy to understand and learn. Only those who previously struggle with tech will have issues with this system. If you can change the wallpaper on your phone, you can figure out how to use Toro with little to no instruction. Only unique cool features need to be pointed out. Toro TMS is very user friendly, easy to use and quick to learn. It was very easy to implement into our company and I credit that to the fact that they came into our office and helped us get everything up an running. Their customer support is AMAZING! Any time we have a question they are very quick to answer and help create ways to make our work flow easier. Toro is our main program that we use daily for dispatching, billing, and financial reports. Any time we say we wish Toro did something they make it happen or help us find a better way. The fact that we have to incorporate with QuickBooks is the only downside (but it really isn't a bad thing). I feel it would be better if they had an accounting side as well, but understand that it is easir to intigrate with a program that already does that so they can focus on making their program better. What do I like most about Toro? I like how user friendly it is and how it saves me alot of time throughout the week when I have to make an invoice, dispatch a driver or calculate checks at the end of the work week. What's not to love? Aside from the quick response when I have a question or problem, to them taking feedback for improvements and implementing them, to the ease of use of the software, everything about Toro TMS is absolutly the best! The platform is so easy to use. It has made our office more efficient and effective after only a couple of months of using it! Our drivers love it, our accounting department loves it and our dispatchers wonder how they survived without it! It was easy to switch from our previous TMS to Toro and integrated into our office so seemlesly. Fleet management has been much easier with Toro! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Toro TMS is easy to use. Everyone at Toro TMS are quick to respond to any issues or suggestions. The engineers are very receptive to suggestions and requests. The support department reacts quickly to any issues that come up. There are a ton of features available to help with most aspects of a trucking company. It was a little daunting, at first, switching to a completely new system, but it didn't take long to integrate. We use it every day and it has helped to streamline our process. There's not really a downside to using Toro TMS. There are a few very small things (like "Next Order" and "Previous Order" buttons) that would be nice-to-haves, but Toro TMS is constantly adding new features. The ease of use with Toro is it pretty self explanitory, makes for employees fast to catch on to learning their job roles and completing assignments. Customer support is quick & has been very helpful with requests. The sync from Toro to quickbooks has made payroll so convient. We use Toro on a daily basis. The switch from prophesy to Toro was a easy switch. Everyone at Toro has been extremely nice, frienly & made the switch very accomadating. Toro was not hard at all to adapt to the new dispatch system, they incorporate changes as we suggess them to their development teams to make our lives easier here at T&T Leasing. This is the easiest TMS I have used. It's so easy to build, dispatch, and invoice when done. Customer support is always quick to answer, and to get whatever issue resolved. I love that there is the app now, which makes it easier when working from the road. And they are still working to implement more options to improve performance. I use this non-stop, and it is so easy for anyone in our office that needs to see what is going.
The templates make repetitive runs so easy to build.
You can dispatch everyone for the next day at the same time.
Invoicing is quick and you can bulk invoice with ease.
Running expenses by driver, truck, or trailer gives a broader picture.
The dashboard is a quick snapshot of how you are managing for whatever range you need.
With the link for uploads and timesheets, payroll moves twice as fast as before.

Our company has been using Toro TMS for over 2 years now. The process of dispatching is much easier and more convenient compared to other truck management software. The reporting and analytics features allow me to easily identify which units are under performing which is essential in this current economy.
