"Extremely User-Friendly Billing with Instant Invoice Fixes and Full Audit History"
What do you like best about Toro TMS?

It is extremely user friendly and makes the load and billing process more manageable. It has cut down on paper and scanning tickets. It also allows managers to access the auditing process so there is more accountability. The biggest takeaway is everything is fixable. Invoices can be fixed in an instant and re-sent to customer and shows the history of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toro TMS?

It really isn't a Toro issue but since we decided to sync all invoices with our accounting system, I just need to wait a little longer to account for all payments in our check register in Quickbooks. What do you like best about Toro TMS?

THE EASE OF ABILITY TO MOVE LOADS LIKE PUZZLE PIECES AS THINGS CHANGE CONSTANTLY ALL THE TIME. THE INTEGRATION WITH ELD'S TO QUICKLY PROVIDE CUSTOMER UPDATE REQUESTS. THE ACCURACY IS WITHIN 15 MINUTES. I CAN BE ANYWHERE AND ALWAYS HAVE ACCESS TO TORO WHENEVER I TRAVEL OR WORK FROM HOME. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS STELLAR AND I CAN GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED IN A TIMELY FASHION TO KEEP THING ROLLING. ITS REALLY EASY TO USE SPECIALLY MAKING TEMPLATES FOR REPEAT LOADS TAKES JUST SECONDS TO DO. What do you dislike about Toro TMS?

THE ABSENCE OF A RUNNING REVENUE TAB OF SOME SORT TO SEE IN LIVE TIME AS I MAKE CHANGES IN THE MAIN CALENDAR SCREEN. I LIVE ON THIS MAIN SCREEN SO BEING ABLE TO SEE THOSE REVENUES FOR EACH TRUCK/DRIVER WILL HELP ME TO ENSURE EVEN DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUE PER TRUCK/ DRIVER. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Toro TMS?

The ease of using the program, all parts from Invoicing to planning and more, they work with each other perfectly.

The ease of implementation was simple and easy and the team walked through it smoothly. The few times i had to reach out to customer support, they were spot on in solving the issue. The integration has been smooth and as New features come in, there is no hiccups in the system. We use Toro every day all day and will not change to anything else. What do you like best about Toro TMS?

The customer service is best around no question. They are always working on ways to improve the system and make it easier for us as the end user. I have a personal relationship with our account manager and he is always VERY responsive I would reccomend to anyone looking for a new TMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toro TMS?

We have had some issues with the messaging system every once in a while, this being said they have been very minor. The issues are always resolved very quickly and the team is very responsive when we have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Toro TMS?

Toro is incredibly easy to learn how to use and is easy to use in general.

The Customer support is amazing! When you need help with certain reports they walk you through what you need and where to find things. Toro has become the best software I've used for my time in this company. I use it every day and am able to use it when I am at home if i need to do something quickly. It was super easy to move over to from our old software and the integration process was incredibly easy! Implementing the software was quick and everyone in the office caught on quick! What do you like best about Toro TMS?

We have 3 people in the office, all with different positions. Everyone caught on to the system very quickly because it is so easy to use. I have been in transportation for 40 years and changing software can be one of the most challenging tasks. However, Toro made this a very easy transition for all of us! Not to mention... Customer support is always readily available. Integration was really easy as well. We utilize Quickbooks and Samsara and with a quick push of a button they were all talking to each other. What do you dislike about Toro TMS?
