What do you like best about Tiledesk?

Low code approach, no IT issue, nice UX and easy implementation on website.

What do you like best about Tiledesk?

It is very easy to create chatbot flows, using an internal knowledge base (easily uploaded and updated), and connections with any other SaaS tool you may be using (CRM, mailing, etc.). It is amazing that it can be connected to databases as well, and query the data client is asking for in real time, respecting all security rules you put in place. Tiledesk team is super responsive, both for small inquiries and bug fixes, as well as feature requests - quite often we talked about small needs, and in the next release found the features ready to be used! What do you dislike about Tiledesk?

What do you like best about Tiledesk?

As someone who has had the opportunity to use both the open-source and SaaS versions of Tiledesk, I loved the fact the both provides excellent features and can really take your operations or customer service to next level, in my case I was able to shrink the team by 50% because of the solution the provided. With Tiledesk, we created AI agents and automated our customer support. Tiledesk bots are easily trained with our website content in minutes, and they can provide accurate and human-like answers to our customer inquiries. Every day, we are faced with a lot of requests from our customers. Answering all these questions is expensive for us. We needed to hire new employees to provide better customer support.
