It is very easy to create chatbot flows, using an internal knowledge base (easily uploaded and updated), and connections with any other SaaS tool you may be using (CRM, mailing, etc.). It is amazing that it can be connected to databases as well, and query the data client is asking for in real time, respecting all security rules you put in place. Tiledesk team is super responsive, both for small inquiries and bug fixes, as well as feature requests - quite often we talked about small needs, and in the next release found the features ready to be used! As someone who has had the opportunity to use both the open-source and SaaS versions of Tiledesk, I loved the fact the both provides excellent features and can really take your operations or customer service to next level, in my case I was able to shrink the team by 50% because of the solution the provided.
